Government has a monopoly on the use of force. btw - That's one of the main political ideas in Objectivism. So what happens when the government uses force against the government? This is the part nobody is talking about with the raid on Trump's house in Florida by the FBI. By definition of being a former President, Trump automatically gets Secret Service protection. That extends to Mar a Lago even when he's not there. So the Secret Service was there protecting Trump's residence when the FBI showed up in a large sting and raid squad showing off its loaded guns. Ask yourself this. Who did the FBI think it was going to fight in a territory held by the Secret Service? That is a question that needs to be front and center, yet nobody is even asking it. Here in O-Land, that should be a main issue, yet nobody is even asking it. This entire narrative is being governed by the media, not people with principles. Ask yourself, also, what happens when part of the monopoly on the use of force initiates force against another part of that monopoly? Isn't that the time to remove the monopoly, or at least remove the monopoly from the hands of the bad actors? That's just on the principle of non-initiation of force alone, not to mention the other question. What the fuck was the FBI doing at a former President's residence as the aggressor? This is a culture vacuum just waiting for anyone who wants to step up. Some individuals already are. If you see them, even if you don't like their religion, I say amplify their message. If the people who see principles clearly and try to live by them don't step up to defend freedom against an attack on such a basic level, who will? The very government that is abusing power? Steve Bannon (and fellow travelers). Plus Tom Fitton (and fellow travelers) on the legal side. Garland & Co. set up smoke and mirrors for the public and these guys smoked him out of his cave along with his whole sorry-ass team.
