The cutest thing I've seen so far on this is that Biden promised to nominate a black woman to the Supreme Court. But the woman he chose can't say what a woman is.

On a different note, I want to be talking more about Ayn Rand. But with the world, especially the US predator class, in the state it is right now, how will discussing anything like that do anything positive? It will make us feel good, I suppose, but it won't do anything to help fix the culture. Not at this moment.

So what to do?

Maybe this. I remember a phrase from George Crumb back in my semi-hippy days in college. It seems apt in more ways than one right now.

Keep on truckin'.

:)

(And, yes, discuss some Rand...)

1. If she withdraws or does not get enough votes to get to SCOTUS, MAGA people will have a major scalp and that's a great story going into election time.

2. If she is approved, people all over America, not just MAGA people, but independents and liberals, too, will be hopping mad. EDIT: I watched the video of McConnell announcing this and, despite my innate bias against him, he had all his "Ts" crossed and all his "Is" dotted. It's actually a well-reasoned critique of Jackson and her performance at the Senate hearings.

Now for the worm in the apple. For the RINO's to be able to follow him in his vote, notice the important part.

He did not mention Jackson's stand (in actions, not in words) on pedophilia...

This should go under the Ukraine thread, but since the NYT is the mouthpiece of the Deep State, I think here is better.

Candace just publicly wiped her backside with the NYT and she was 100% right.

Epic! Candace Owens Calls Out New York Times — Uses their Own Words Against Them in Brutal Takedown

Candace Owens single-handedly destroyed The New York Times and used their own words against them after she called out “Ukraine being a corrupt country.” A New York Times reporter sent an email to Candace...

Here's just a taste.

Quote

The NYT accused Owens of advancing the idea that Ukraine was a corrupt country, which matched comments from Russian state media.

“We note that you advanced the idea that Ukraine was a corrupt country, which matched comments we’ve seen from Russian state media. I’m wondering if you have any context or further comment to add about this comparison?” the email from NYT said.

Candace Owens obliterated The New York Times in her response.

This had to hurt:

I am very confused by this e-mail. I learned about “the idea that Ukraine was a corrupt country” from the New York Times. You guys have covered the corruption of Ukraine extensively, for years. As just one example, here is a piece from the NYT Editorial Board entitled, “Ukraine’s Unyielding Corruption”: https://www.nytimes.com/2016/04/01/opinion/ukraines-unyielding-corruption.html

I educated myself about both the neo-nazi problem in Ukraine and the unyielding corruption by reading your newspaper, not Russian state media. Is there something specific I said that was different from what you guys have written in the past?

Oh, and there's so much more in the article...

:)

I absolutely love Candace...

Clinton-Appointed Judge Rules Trump “More Likely Than Not” Committed Crimes When He ‘Attempted to Obstruct’ Congress on January 6

Trump-RNC-2020.jpg
WWW.THEGATEWAYPUNDIT.COM

A federal judge on Monday ruled former president Trump likely committed crimes when he ‘attempted to obstruct’ Congress on January 6, 2021. US District Judge David Carter, a Clinton appointee...

The problem is, this judge needs to be removed immediately strictly on technical grounds.

The standard in US law is "innocent until proven guilty."

This judge is openly declaring "guilty until proven innocent."

I don't see how that can stand review on appeal.

John Eastman has indicated through his lawyer that he will not appeal the order by Judge Carter; this is the order: https://s3.documentcloud.org/documents/21561099/3-28-22-order-eastman.pdf

The case itself is a civil lawsuit, and it might not be obvious here -- but judges often have to rule 'as if' the story told by one party in a dispute could be true.  To compel John Eastman to produce email communications, the court gave weight to the defendants' claims, ruling on the matter of lawyer-client communications privilege.

In effect, the ruling says you have not demonstrated privilege (a contract or agreement to represent Donald Trump) and so give the J6 committee the freaking documents.

I'm not writing much right now since I am working on a project. But I want to share this thought.

We are living in an amazing time.

The Biden people are falling apart right before our very eyes. Harris can't keep a staff. Psaki is jumping ship before it sinks. And so on.

They nominated a pedophile sympathizer for the Supreme Court and that is tanking big time. Why? It turns out she was not only soft on pedophilia, but she was soft on people who collected and shared material on child (baby) torture and rape. And she was not forthcoming to the Senate in a few instances...

Oops...

It looked like Marc Elias was winning the redistricting rules so the Dems would not suffer many House losses, but there is a huge pro-MAGA trend, even in Dem districts, and some pro-Democrat decisions Elias & Co. actually won are now being reversed.

The Biden polling is atrocious, even with skewed polling.

The lawsuits against Trump keep slipping away.

Trump is suing the pants off of all of the bad guys in a massive RICO case.

I could go on and on and on...

And I haven't even touched on coronavirus, Ukraine, inflation, the southern border invasion, etc.

The gist is similar to watching the world fall apart in Atlas Shrugged, except we am watching the Predator Class machines fall apart all over the place. And me? How does that affect me?

Frankly, I am living in a spiritual state that is not too good for me as a former addict.

I am surrounded by schadenfreude porn.

I've got to admit, I'm loving it, too.

What happened?

The way the Senate was supposed to proceed, since Jackson's nomination just made it out of the committee by a tie-breaker vote, they are supposed to have 30 hours for all sides making their case, then vote.

However, the Dems know that Jackson's appointment is highly toxic because of her judicial actions of being soft on pedophiles and especially soft on those who purchase (and probably loan out and sell) sell large quantities of products showing the torture and abuse of babies--who admit they get off on these products.

So in the middle of the night last night, the Senate leaders changed the rules and now there will no longer be the 30 hours. In fact, they are having the Senate confirmation vote today.

The Dems can't withdraw Jackson because this would admit defeat right before the midterms. And they can't enthusiastically endorse her without becoming perceived as promotors of pedophilia themselves. So they are just trying to get it over with as soon as possible.

God knows what they did in backstage deals with Romney, Collins and Murkowski to ensure she will be approved, but the three sold out.

For MAGA, ironically, the Jackson affair is win-win. While it is a bad thing to have a legally qualified pedophilia agnostic (at best) on the Supreme Court, Jackson will be stepping into the shoes of a super-liberal. So nothing much will change on that score.

But... Here is the good news. This appointment practically guarantees a Senate majority for Republicans in the midterms. Normal people are disgusted by this and a whole bunch of 'em will be coming for the Senators who approved Jackson's appointment.

Depending on the ads (get ready for some doozies :) ), if the Republicans can get 10 new seats (albeit that is still a long shot), they will have enough power to throw Biden out next year when he is impeached. Including those in his administration who follow.

Note. He will be impeached at the very minimum. That's a given. If nothing else, his whole sordid history of corruption will be displayed to the entire world (including the corruption of many of the people behind him). The voters in the mainstream news bubble who don't know anything about all this will finally get a glimpse they can't ignore and the mainstream news can't cover up.

In fact, that could be one of the reasons the predator class is getting ahead of the Hunter Biden laptop story and the establishment Dem news pundits are going along with it...

I made this post in another thread. This, I believe, will be the thread that unravels the Deep State fabric.

On 4/11/2022 at 2:51 PM, Michael Stuart Kelly said:

From the bottom up, there will be a huge Republican majority in the House starting in 2023, most of them with a MAGA orientation. They will be doing public hearings in committee after committee, all with criminal referrals.

That is a lot different than one former Bush insider like Barr making a decision or not. Or judges not accepting court filings and the press pretending the lawsuits have been judged.

On Steven Bannon's War Room (which gets over 150 million downloads per episode), Steve himself and a lot of people who will be occupying government positions soon are calling for Biden's impeachment. (And Steve openly calls Barr a liar.)

These people are not talking as if Biden's impeachment were something to consider. They are talking about it as if it were already fact.

One thing is certain. The decision to impeach Biden among those who will take office and be able to do so in the House of Representatives is already a fact.

I realize that, for the reader, that's just my opinion.

So here is some reality to back that opinion. (It's only 12 minutes.)

'War Crimes': Cernovich On America's Unjust Imprisonment Of Jan. 6 Political Prisoners

At one point in this interview, Steve Bannon asked Mike Cernovich that, if Jim Jorden or Darrell Issa go deep on committees for looking into the Jan. 6 persecution, the fake kidnapping in Michigan by the FBI, Fauci, the Hunter Biden laptop from hell, etc., if Mike would serve as special counsel. And he said yes.

Here's the exact quote (at 8:07):

Quote

STEVE BANNON: Cernovich. If, Jim Jordan or Issa take oversight or take... they get a special commission to start looking at impeachment on the invasion of the Southern border, on what happened here with the whole issue of domestic terrorism, on the whole Fauci situation, on the Laptop From Hell, could we count on you?

If they asked you, would you volunteer and become one of the special counsels for that? You're a top lawyer, you're a tough lawyer. Would you volunteer for that?

MIKE CERNOVICH: I absolutely would. It would be a great public service, even knowing that they would try to make a martyr out of me. We all know that that's what they would do--is make a martyr out of me. And that's what they need.

We need pit bulls on the right. We need, you know... where's the Andrew Weisman of the right? To call this what it is? To call this a human rights violation? To call this war crimes? To call these crimes against humanity? To call this election disinformation?

To start subpoenaing the DOJ and all their phones? Let's start looking. Let's start looking into them, right? Based on again, just the facts.

This is what's coming.

Let's not forget just how smart and can-do Steve Bannon is. He helped President Trump get the White House the first go around in an election rigged against Trump.

Then enter the Jungian shadow. Since he is human, the power and the temptation of becoming an Old Testament prophet went to his head and he got his ass handed to him over the Judge Roy Moore mess.

But Steve learned. He's of the "fail forward" school of entrepreneurs. Rather than apologize for taking a huge risk and landing on his ass, he gets up, learns from the fall, and goes forward to something successful.

This is one of the reasons I am following him so closely. His results all across America right now are astounding. He is right in the middle of the MAGA people churn that is making Trump's rallies so effective despite a mainstream media blackout. There are people all over America getting elected and appointed to local political positions because of what Steve is fomenting. And note, the mainstream is now talking about that every day on prime time in worried tones.

So I believe his say with politicians in power in the upcoming new Congress in 2023 and in the upcoming new Trump administration in 2025 will be huge.

Watching him scout around for a Special Counsel is not bullshit. This is news before it's news.

Cernovich might seem goofy from his mannerisms and tweets, but he's a beast in court. What's more, he's independent and fearless. He wants to go after the Biden people for war crimes. I think he will, too.

The Deep State took a shot at Alex Jones recently through lawfare and he filed for a Chapter 11 reorganization.

The mainstream is hollering to the four winds the word "bankruptcy"--and this chapter is part of the Bankruptcy code, but it's a government supervised reorganization of debts, not a default on them.

William, for some reason, posted news of this in the Trump Humor thread, but I don't want to discuss this there. There's no humor substance even when I try to see it through the eyes of people who can't stand President Trump and Alex Jones.

I think the predator class is really pissed they haven't been able to ban Alex Jones from society despite banning him from tons of place. I think they want to ban him from reality and it irks them to no end that he exists.

Alex didn't say, but I believe the Sandy Hook case is part of this particular development.

The substance is that Infowars will not shut down nor Alex Jones shut up in public.

According to Alex Jones' lawyer Norm Pattis, Alex Jones is ready to cut a deal with the Deep State (as in the Deep-artment of Justice).

This New York Times story below gives a lot of credence to what the lawyer said. Who knows? Also in the story is a mention of fellow "Stop the Steal" leader Ali Alexander (who was just feted by Alex on Infowars in his new guise as a "political philosopher")**.

Alexander has received a probe from another tentacle of the Deep DOJ -- he will be obeying a subpoena to appear before a grand jury.   A whole lotta fishing may be going on, but I expect the prosecutor preparing questions for Ali will know most of the answers already.

On balance it just doesn't seem right -- why would Alex Jones request 'immunity' ... ? It implies he will squeal on some semi-criminal insurrection-ish stuff we don't know about.  It implies he thinks he might be subject to an indictment.

"Sign of progress"?  I think Mattis played to the Times' bias.
