Girlie Girl is Kori. :cheer: She is the Eminem fan. We both have a wide range of tastes with music and share quite a bit in common in this regard. I call her Girlie Girl, although she has called me a Gangta Bitch on occasion. LOL

I like the Cure too. You introduced me to some of their music that I hadn't heard before and ultimately liked. I listened to some of it when I was younger as you know already.

Well, I'm glad to hear that I have your blessing :wink: when it comes to Victor. Yeah, he is absolutely wonderful and also makes me very happy.

Hey Jody, I'm into pissed off [and pissed off at the right things to be pissed at] and intelligent comics--and along with Miller comes Lenny Bruce, George Carlin, Bill Hicks, and Sam Kinison. I saw George Carlin as least five times when he came to Toronto, and saw Miller once when he came here; he played Toronto's Yuk Yuks. Sold out, too!

Yeah, Angie has good taste in men...well, NOW she does. :turned:

Yeah, I'm Girlie Girl. LOL. Funny you thought she was talking to you maybe, Jody. I am a HUGE Eminem fan, although I'm proud to say that is pasty face isn't...pasted all over my walls. Haha!

Thanks for Shake That, Ange (or should I say Gangsta Bitch? LOL). That song cracks me up...I wonder when people will be done writing songs about strippers. I especially like the line, "wipe ya shoe clean, got a routine goin', still got a few chunks on them shoestrings showin'" LMAO...such a visual.

Kat, thanks for the song as well. I always thought Nirvana was WAY overrated, though I still think that Smells Like Teen Spirit" is one of the best songs ever. In fact...I smell like teen spirit...or am I just sweaty? :cry: :sick: :pinch:

Ah, so in love, found one of my all time favorites from Rush for very very personal reasons. I've been looking for others; such as the Scars song but having a bit of a problem finding it but so hoping to as it is another one of my all time favorites from Rush for very personal reasons as well.

Oh, my God, I actually found it. This is another one of my all time favorites from Rush for very personal reasons. I had some problems playing this song through Internet Explorer but could play it with Mozilla Firefox. I'm not sure if anyone else will also have a problem with it. This comes from Rhapsody.com which allows a limited preview of 30 or 35 songs and then have to subscribe to it or some such deal. The times I played it it would let me know that I had 28 free plays left, etc. so who knows. Also if it doesn't automatically start, go down to the selected track which I think is track 5 or 6 and hit play and it should load. Anyway....another total fave of mine !! Also

Tears is both a very beautiful and sad song, something that's hard to do. That's classic RUSH and I do have this song. Let's kick back in the Living Room, hold eachother, and listen to it together.

Every time I see this video or hear this song, I have to chuckle as it reminds me of my sister. She is a sweet girl when she wants to be but man, oh, man, she is a piece of work. But how Pink conducts herself in this video with this guy has my sister's name written all over it. And then on top of it, when my sister loses quite a bit of weight, she even looks like Pink. When she was younger and her skinnier days, she also looked a little like Belinda Carlisle. But Pink's face reminds me so much of my sister's face as well as Pink's actions.
