It looks like the veneer of Smartmatic is starting to crack wide open. This is only the Philippines, but that is a form of legitimacy and precedent. This stuff spreads.

Smartmatic has filed defamation lawsuits against Fox News, Newsmax, OAN, several individual Fox hosts, former Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani, former Trump campaign lawyer Sidney Powell, MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, and others, all of whom have denied wrongdoing.

Smartmatic USA, based in Florida, says its products were only used in Los Angeles County, California, in the 2020 election.

Newsmax has denied the defamation allegations of Smartmatic, claiming its lawsuit is an attack on a free press and Newsmax's right to report on what major officials and other public officials and their representatives are stating publicly.

The company's litigation with Newsmax and several others continues.

Meanwhile, retired Fox Corp. Chairman Rupert Murdoch is being deposed in Los Angeles this week in Smartmatic's $2.7 billion defamation lawsuit against the company and its coverage of vote-rigging claims made by Trump and others from the 2020 presidential election.

The bullies are now getting punched in the face.

Let's see what happens, but I am optimistic that Smartmatic and the entire voting machine fraud as a system is going down.

Are you tired of hearing about Dominion voting machines? Well, there is one last story you need to look at.

Last Friday, (January 19), there was a Dominion voting machine sitting in a Federal Court in Atlanta, GA. During a proceeding, a person working against Dominion asked for a pen--an ink pen--from the lawyer on the other side.

He took the pen to the voting machine. In a few seconds of pushing things with the pen, the machine entered security mode. That means he could swap votes galore and delete logs. He could change everything at will. He recorded a vote for Benedict Arnold just to show off.  

This happened in a Federal Court in Atlanta Georgia with left-wing U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg presiding. The person who did the demonstration was J. Alex Halderman.

 

Here's an article about it, but I swear, the people who are excited and reporting on this seem to try to bury it in boredom and information dumps.

Update: After speaking with election integrity expert Garland Favorito we discovered the courtroom display was much more serious than we originally reported.

Anyway, as this story gets simplified and pumped out by people like Steve Bannon, I predict it will gain a lot of traction. (I heard the Benedict Arnold detail in a War Room video by Steve.) Right now the mainstream media is ignoring it and trying to bury it.

But it exists. Unfortunately, there is no video for public viewing of Halderman hacking the machine with the other lawyer's ink pen. But it is now on record in court. This means all those Dominion lawsuits going into the billions for defamation are now on the line.

This one about voter fraud is not going away.

On the contrary, it is finally getting its day in court. And the situation is looking awful for Dominion Voting Machines.

Patrick Byrne is being sued by Dominion and his case is now going through discovery, much to the chagrin of Dominion. And, much to the chagrin of many politicians.

The video shows why, including perjury by Dominion's CEO in several places, meaning in court and including on government applications for bids, that undoes Dominion's case against Fox News and many others.

It even looks like Fox News is going to get back the hundreds of millions of dollars it paid to Dominion as a settlement for being sued.

Believe me, if this video was not rock solid in its facts and posture regarding the court cases, YouTube would have taken it down as soon as it went up.

I don't see how the bad guys survive this.

Even if a crooked judge makes a legally atrocious ruling and this has to go to appeal and right up to SCOTUS, it now can go up to SCOTUS for the right reasons. There is no way SCOTUS can ignore this one.

I haven't been adding much to this election fraud thread since most of the frauds are known by now, the battle lines are drawn, and the news is repetitive.

It's been a long time since I have seen a new perspective on election fraud. 

But Scott Adams gave one.

 

Rather than judge voting machines as good or bad, he asked the question nobody is asking. Why do we use voting machines? What advantages do they provide? To an election?

Speed? Accuracy? Ease? Cheaper? More secure?

Nope in all cases. That's not what we have witnessed anywhere. Ever.

 

This is a very simple question and you can get the gist of it--within context--below.

Also, the argument that we don't need voting machines for anything, in fact, we do elections worse in all measures when we use voting machines, is also given plainly below. It's in a form so easy to comprehend, even a caveman can understand.

The root conclusion about why some people need voting machines is even more simple.

If voting machines facilitate cheating and offer no advantages for holding an election, the people fighting for voting machines do so because they want to cheat.

Spend 10 minutes thinking this through and you will not be able to not see it after that. Most people don't even need the full 10 minutes.

If I were to write a screenplay or novel about voting machines, I would obviously tell the story of how Hugo Chavez commissioned people who made a viable voting machine, then the makers exported the idea to the rest of the world and the Predator Class glommed onto the idea like flies on shit.

Do you remember Bush trying to overthrow Hugo Chavez and his efforts were in vain? It was the voting machines, but few people knew about that back then. The Predator Class got to see proof of concept with the tug of war between Chavez and Bush, which Chavez won.

So I would go into all the ramifications of who got involved and how the world over and drag that out. Then I would climax the film for the Dark Night of the Soul (for the good guys) with the theft of a US Presidential election using these voting machines.

But how would I end the film?

Obviously I would end it with Chavez's successor using the voting machines in overdrive to steal a massively losing election at the last minute and normal Venezuelans rising up and taking the government back.

Talk about poetic justice.

The voting machine bullshit started in Venezuela and it ends in Venezuela.

 

What's more, all those comparisons with the 2020 US election will come home to roost and the chickens will shit all over everything the bad guys are doing.  

 

That would be a screenplay. How about reality?

Well, Maduro stole the presidential election is such a blatant manner at the last minute using voting machines that the people are not accepting it. And foreign governments are suspending ties with any future Maduro administration, including Argentina and Panama that I can confirm off the top of my head. But it looks like the start of an avalanche.

 

Here is one guy complaining (in Spanish) that Venezuela is so democratic, 130% of the people voted yesterday.

 

The streets show massive protests are happening.

 

Other than a stolen election, what else is fueling the rage of all those people?

Hyperinflation.

Just look at this.

Venezuelans are throwing their money away because it is so worthless.

 

So it starts. 

Just now, Hugo took a massive hit.

Memory remains, but the legend is no more.

Here is General Mike Flynn confirming that many of the voting systems used in the USA and around the world had their roots in Venezuela.

So at the time Sidney Powell released this info, the Predator Class machine honking up a storm got the entire world to laugh at her. But she was right.

General Flynn says that contesting the Venezuelan elections could have major implications for America because some of our voting systems actually began in Venezuela and our CIA has a long time relationship with them.

He says the woman contesting Maduro has a chance to expose the system and start a domino effect for America. One has to wonder how much cheating they will attempt in the 2024 US election. How can we trust our election system?

So what we're seeing in Venezuela and why... I haven't paid attention to it in the last, probably, 7 or 8 hours... but it still appears like there's gonna be a contest in Venezuela and that contest could turn into a revolution--physical revolution, you know, military forces against military forces, people against people, and basically--people that are fighting for freedom over the communist regime of Maduro.

And if the outcome turns on the communist and it becomes this new president, this woman down there who seems to be very strong, very courageous (and good for her), the consequences of that have great consequences, have huge consequences for the United States of America.

Because, in Venezuela, one of the things that we're... our voting systems, okay? So why does this tie into the United States? 

Our voting systems and voting systems around the world, many of them actually began in Venezuela. They were created in Venezuela. And our CIA has a long-time relationship with some of these organizations. 

So what I know is that if this woman wins and gets into the presidency, the ability for her to expose what has been happening inside of communist Venezuela in terms of corruption that has impacted the rest of the world is going to be mind-blowing. It'll be explosive. It's not gonna happen overnight, but it will happen. 

The US administration came out and said it gave a blurb about, you know, "Hey we gotta stand for freedom and you know we're joining together." No. These people. They don't want this woman to win. I'm telling you, they don't want this woman to win.

Because if she wins, then this is another one of these things, another signal, another indicator for the United States of America and the people of our country to then say, "Look. We need to stand our ground for freedom. We can't have this communist takeover of the United States of America."

And that's why I don't even use the term Democrat or Democratic anymore, Pags. I just don't. 

I don't do it because the party that is on the left is a communist socialist party that has taken control of the reins of government and they're tied in with these globalists. And these globalists, they want control and power over the United States and the resources of the United States. Like it or not. 

And I wish that more media actually talked about it but many conservative media don't even talk about it.

The importance of Gen. Flynn's statement is about the voting machines and some context. And his hint that there still might be a violent revolution.

 

As to the election itself, the lady he mentioned, María Corina Machado, was disqualified for some bullshit or other, and Maduro's formal opponent was Edmundo González Urrutia.

Maduro, as claims Maduro, says Maduro won. Many say González won. The US government even recognized a González win as the CIA, over there in the corner, is licking its chops about about all that oil and other resources.

In other words, the Maduro communist government winning the election sucks. The opposition was likely funded in great part by the CIA, which sucks just as bad.
