I think you were expressing dismay that Canada too has controversial cop shooting unarmed citizen situations (and hasn't otherwise escaped urban gang violence, cop-killings, school massacres, suicide by cop and hundreds of missing and murdered aboriginal women). For those not following the Canadian case, a Toronto police constable was charged with second-degree murder and attempted murder for the on-duty shooting death of a teenager on a streetcar. It is your country you don't even have to give reasons why an application is rejected. But whoever runs immigration should have Mossad like ability to do their research into applicants backgrounds.
