Michael Russell
Michael,Thank you.Could you tell me about your quote.Chris,I take the quote as a disparaging comment on academia, particularly in regards to literature. Like most maxims, however, there are exceptions.Mick
Chris Grieb
The news fro the biopsy is not good. They have found cancer cells at an "8". The scale is 5-10. The doctor said surgery was not a good idea as the prostate is very large. I see a radiologist on June 12.I am still going to be at TOC Summer Seminar. I am not depressed. I am living in the best place at the best time in the world with health problems. Michael Moore to the contrary.

Barbara Branden
Chris, be of good cheer. I have no business being here, but here I am. My own cancer had traveled, such that I had to have two surgeries, and was in lymph nodes on both sides -- a sure sign of disaster. It's fourteen years later, and I'm cancer free! And much has improved in the understanding and treatment of cancer since then.See you in ten years, my friend.Barbara

zantonavitch
Chris: Michael Milken had what you have. If memory serves, he went on a radical regimen of virtually no fat and almost extreme exercise. He improved rapidly, and is still kicking 14 years later.Hang tough...
Martin Radwin
Chris,Here's hoping that you beat the living crap out of that cancer. I hate cancer. The only good cancer cells are dead cancer cells. Go get em!Martin
Chris Grieb
I will start radiation treatment the 17th of July. Three days after I get back TAS Summer Seminar.
