  1. Whilst it certainly is a possibility that Judas was crucified instead (and boy would he have deserved it for his betrayal), I don't believe that the Qur'an specifies as much and therefore, I won't say that was the case at all. The Qur'an states: That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah";- but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not:- Nay, Allah raised him up unto Himself; and Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise;- (Qur'an 4:157-8)
  2. Well, some Jews DID want Jesus peace be upon him dead (even though in Islam we don't believe it was Jesus that was crucified) and a Jewish woman DID poison Muhammad, peace be upon him. There's no escaping that. But, does that mean all Jews are bad? No.. Well, I can appreciate that view thank you Ninth.. I've never really thought of it that way, the whole idea of genocide is contradictory to Islam and completely forbidden..
  3. Studiodekadent, thank you very much for your warm welcome. I've been most impressed with some of the manners that people here have displayed. It is quite heart warming in fact. Feel free to ask anything you like.. As I mentioned earlier, it is believed that the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him was poisoned at Khaybar and that prevented the poison from taking effect on him until he had completed his prophetic duty.. The woman who poisoned him was indeed a Jew.. But that's pretty much inconsequential.. All can't be judged on the behavior of some..
  4. Yes, I've researched this issue for quite some time. The Shabazz family is very important to me and if it weren't for Al-Shaheed Malik Al-Shabazz, God only knows where my life would be right now. The reason why they killed him was because he was not corruptible, he was firmly devoted to justice and wouldn't sell out for anything.. Therefore the only other option was to take his life.
  5. Yeah Australia is a great place, but politically it's down the tubes. I'd prefer to live in the USA. Currently I'm in New Zealand though. In terms of evidence.. The national secretary at the time of the NOI was John Ali, who was one of the biggest outspoken critics calling for Malcolm X's blood who according to Ed Lomax was an undercover FBI Agent and at the very least has been exposed as an FBI informant. He met Malcolm X's assassins the night before his assassination which is pretty suspicious. We also know that the FBI and NYPD had infiltrated these organizations so much and it was their stated goal in COINTELPRO to create trouble and conflict and 'neutralize potential trouble makers' COINTELPRO states: "4. Prevent militant black nationalist groups and leaders from gaining RESPECTABILITY, by discrediting them to three separate segments of the community. The goal of discrediting black nationalists must be handled tactically in three ways. You must discredit those groups and individuals to, first, the responsible Negro community. Second, they must be discredited to the white community, both the responsible community and to "liberals" who have vestiges of sympathy for militant black nationalist [sic] simply because they are Negroes. Third, these groups must be discredited in the eyes of Negro radicals, the followers of the movement. This last area requires entirely different tactics from the first two. Publicity about violent tendencies and radical statements merely enhances black nationalists to the last group; it adds "respectability" in a different way." They knew they couldn't discredit Malcolm X, he was loved by black and white people and was highly influential. during the time that he was a member of the racist NOI they could create him as an enemy to the majority of Americans but as he returned from the Hajj with a changed mind, directed more towards unity, justice and equal rights and being against the military industrial complex they realized the threat that he posed was huge. So what happened? They neutralized him whether by ordering it themselves or knowing it was going to happen and not stopping it, they had the power to stop it and are therefore responsible for it.. Also, from my understanding the FBI failed miserably at infiltrating the Weathermen Underground if I'm not mistaken?
  6. Evidence suggests that at the very least, the FBI and NYPD were complicit in letting him be murdered, at the worst they ordered it. I actually have never been to Greece, I was born and raised in Australia.
  7. Sorry I misread what you wrote there Adam. Yes, to be honest, I don't think that it was only the NOI that was responsible for his assassination. I think there was government involvement. He was the greatest threat to the system when he was preaching unity based on equal rights. Before that he could be feared by white people and therefore not supported.
  8. Hi Adam, I actually don't think that Malcolm X was racist at all in the last years of his life, he was very clear after accepting Islam proper and departing from the Nation Of Islam that he didn't subscribe to any form of racism and admitted that he was wrong previously. I agree regarding marketing though, Muslims don't present themselves very well and a lot of the problem is the older generation, of which the majority speak English as a second language weren't born and raised in the US but came as migrants. They tend to want to hold onto power within the Muslim communities because it gives them status when the truth is that it should be the youth born and raised in the US who should be doing the marketing etc. There are some good organizations though.
  9. Hi, That is correct, I did become Muslim but at the age of 16 which means that within a couple of months, I'd have been Muslim for 9 years now. What an amazing 9 years at that. Let's see.. How did I become Muslim? I came to Islam through the example of Al-Shaheed Malik Al-Shabazz aka Malcolm X. A man devoted to standing up for justice, a man who died trying to attain it for his people. I was interested in learning about Islam because I saw the example of one good Muslim who did his utmost to make the world a better place. And so I spent time reading about the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him's life from various sources including non Muslim ones and I also read a translation of the Qur'an. From this, I was convinced that Muhammad pbuh was a Prophet and Messenger of God. I think the defining moment for me was when I read the following verse in the Qur'an. "O ye who believe! Be ye staunch in justice, witnesses for Allah, even though it be against yourselves or (your) parents or (your) kindred, whether (the case be of) a rich man or a poor man, for Allah is nearer unto both (them ye are). So follow not passion lest ye lapse (from truth) and if ye lapse or fall away, then lo! Allah is ever Informed of what ye do." - (Qur'an 4:135) It showed me that Islam considered all people equal and that justice must be done no matter what, it doesn't matter if you're rich or poor, influential or not, you are just as accountable as everyone else and you have as much rights as everyone else.. Not many other systems 1400 years ago could have made such a claim, especially in Arabia. Now referring to Haiti, there has been aid sent, in particular by Qatar. It has sent a C-17 (which is huge) filled with 50 tonnes of aid a search and rescue team and a mobile hospital. Turkey has also sent a mobile field hospital and aid. Iran has sent 30 metric tonnes of aid and there's more. Saudi Arabia has been quite miserly though. It's not the same and I don't think that you realize the damage you do when you say they are. If there's one sure way to get the Muslim world completely block themselves off from you it's by stating that Islam needs reformation because they'll think that you want to change their religion. It's not Islam that requires reformation it is people's interpretation of it.
  10. You know everytime you try and tell people what 'my perception' is, you look silly. This is a typical tactic of attempting to provide a narrative so that people believe what you would say about me rather than looking at my own words. Like I said, you'd be good in the media but hopeless to have an actual discussion with. I'm not saying that things were rosy and great. I don't support any of those governments that treated them as such. But if you wanted to create a state, why not make it one state where all people have equal rights rather than a state that has a primary purpose of protecting only Jewish rights. Yes of course, and deserving of equal rights. Interesting, so you see the Zionists coming as somewhat of a civilizing force?
  11. Camel is delicious.. It is very domesticated though.
  12. No it's not, I never said that Shariah nor Islam needs reformation I said that Muslims do. Their understanding of Islam has been perverted. There's a huge difference. They have strayed from the original teachings and gone to extremes. Islam doesn't accept child marriages. Again I'm not talking about the Arabs and Muslims I'm talking about Islam.
  13. The local imam is rarely educated in Islam, they simply lead the prayers and download their sermons off of the internet preaching them. So I'd rule them out. I'd also rule out the majority of people who have studied it as they usually study without learning the language of Qur'anic Arabic properly. I really respect people like Sheikh Hamza Yusuf and Zaid Shakir because they're balanced. It's simply a war of ideas Ba'al. We have better ideas so we'll ultimately win. The extremists are destined to lose.
  14. And should I remember yours when some Zionist Jews go and attack a Mosque? Or kill people worshipping? No.. I'll remember that there are extremists in all groups and that Judaism is a beautiful religion that is not responsible for what those extremists do. Pity your overwhelming and seething hate prevents you from doing the same with Islam.
  15. There are indeed some very ignorant Anti-Semetic people amongst such groups who dislike Jews as a whole, but they are the minority. The rest are just anti-Zionism.
  16. Hi Ruth! Thank you very much for your question! To be honest I simply don't know! I will ask around though.. Unfortunately I've only been in NZ for almost 2 months so I don't really get to see these things as I'm so busy.
  17. No you didn't scare me off.. Not by a long shot, but I hope you can appreciate that I do spend a lot of time on this forum responding to posts by numerous people so sometimes I just like to have some time off. I don't quite understand why you're saying I'm bigoted Michael. I'm not at all. I'm just intolerant towards racism. Zionism is the racist believe and it's simple to show it.. If you believe that a group of people who have lived outside of the lands anywhere for hundreds and even thousands of years have more right to that land than the people who have lived there for just as long and farmed those lands for generations based purely on their race or religion then I'm sorry.. That is racial and religious supremacy and is undoubtedly racism which I stand firmly against. I have no problems with Jews from anywhere returning to Palestine and living there.. I just have a problem with immigrants trying to make their own country and trying to separate what was for a great deal of time a harmonious society. Are you kidding me? Native Americans and Indigenous Australians weren't persecuted? How many millions of Native Americans died as a result of Europeans? How many treaties did the Europeans break with them? What about Black Hills and the Lakotah? And Indigenous Australians!? They weren't even considered as human beings until 1965 and you could kill them with little repercussion. The government also abducted their children from them and made them live with white families and in white institutions to make them 'more civilized'. Even today the situation with the Indigenous Australians is horrible. There was no right to create a state for the Zionists, yes they had a right to live there but not to have their own state, why do you want to split groups of people up?
  18. Yes, I've heard of them. Their ideas are outrageously silly. Their view of Islam is tainted by the bad examples of Muslims mixed in with some silly right wing evangelist Christian propaganda and that's quite clear by their points. I wonder how many of them are actually calling themselves Muslim in their day to day life? Islam doesn't need reformation, it's Muslims who do so that they can stop acting so barbaric and get in line with the actual meaning of the Qur'an and Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him. There's also nothing in Islam that says it's okay to have sex with children or animals. What a silly statement.
  19. Who fought on the other side in a major war? The Palestinians? It's different, when you annex a land you create a state in that land and grant all people therein citizenship in it with equal rights as others. The Zionists wouldn't let all of the Palestinians become citizens because it'd take away the identity of Israel being a 'Jewish' State. But at the same time they don't allow the Palestinians to have their own autonomous state like they are proposing. So they leave the Palestinians in limbo suffering like refugees in their own lands.. No, my beef is primarily with the Zionists. Zionism as the political movement that helped create Israel began in the 20th century. This was long before the British mandate and the UN. That's not from what I have seen, it's not only Arabs in Israel that get discriminated against it's also other Jews.. White European Ashkenazi Jews are incredibly racist towards their darker Shephardi, Mizrahi and evne worse the treatment of the Habashe (Ethiopian) Beta Jews brethren and that's from the mouth of Manny Waks, a Shephardic Jew that was the head of the B'nai B'rith Anti Defamation Commission in Australia. Let's take a look at a few examples..
  20. No I know quite well that Jews had been in Palestine for thousands of years. That's not the issue. I am against: A. The Zionists trying to create a state based on race when there was peace and unity between the people ie Arabs and Jews, this started long before the riots. B. The fact that it was the UN and Colonial powers that made the decisions and it wasn't a decision by referendum of the actual people of the lands. There's no justice in taking the land from some people and giving it to others.. It's theft.
  21. So then, you support the Palestinians right to have a state right? or How about the Native Americans in the US? How about the Indigenous Australians? How about the Maori of New Zealand? If you don't support the rights of even one of the above in having their own state, then you would be quite hypocritical to support the rights of Israel to be created.
  22. I'm sorry, but you are the one saying you feel sorry for people who you also say deserve what they get for electing their government in, or is it that you only feel sorry for Israeli combatants and non combatants? Please clarify how you can maintain such a contradiction.. No, it was terrorism.. Terrorism is a tactic to attack not only military targets, but civil institutions and civilian figures too to cause a result which is exactly what the Zionists did. Hamas has rarely targeted civilians when using suicide attacks and majority of suicide attacks were against Israeli soldiers and unfortunately there were civilians nearby ie at bus stops and they've also targeted adult settlers, all of whom are required to carry firearms and were occupying land.. That makes them legitimate targets.. Other groups however have run a campaign of suicide bombings directly targeting Israelis civilians. Now if you'd like to then say that rocketing Israeli towns is targeting Israel's civilians with the intent to kill them, then I disagree. The intent in doing so is to force the Israeli's who live in those areas to have very uncomfortable lives, living in bomb shelters so that they get sick of it and return to the negotiating table. The world refused to intervene and Hamas had no other option. Compare that of course to Israel's blockade of Gaza which has lasted for years.. Blockades are an act of war and are deadly.. Let's also compare that to Israel's illegal use of cluster bombs, white phosphorous and flechette munitions on civilian targets.. I'm all for Hamas to not use rockets on Israeli towns, but what alternative do Hamas have? They aren't using suicide bombings anymore and it's not as if anyone is allowing them to arm themselves with more advanced guided weapons to attack US supplied Israeli F-16 fighters and Israeli Apache Gunships nor the Israeli made Merkava Tanks etc. So how else can they fight the Israeli military? I wasn't referring to the Negev when I stated that, I was referring to the majority of other land that was given.. In any case my comment about the Negev then brought up the Arab Bedouins from the Negev who's way of life has been disrupted by the Israeli state being created yet they still lack proper utilities that they need. I mean if Israel really wanted that land, surely they should have provided for the needs of the people that were there first instead of just neglecting them and taking advantage of having that area. In addition to that, Bersheeva has huge water resources through underground water from Mt Hebron. Israel absolutely does not recognize it in principle and if they had, they wouldn't be putting armed religious extremist settlers all over the West Bank now would they? What Palestine do they recognize? What sort of borders are we talking about? The fighting to remove all occupation from Palestine in Hamas' Charter is there because if peace doesn't come through negotiation as Hamas are saying they want, then if Hamas is forced by Israel's lack of cooperation to negotiating peace to continue fighting and somehow the tables turn and Israel loses military superiority and Hamas gets it, then they will reclaim the whole of the occupied lands leaving no Israeli state, not just that which they are offering ie the Arab Peace Initiative which is peace for a Palestinian state on pre-1967 borders with East Jerusalem as the Palestinian capital and a just solution for refugees.. This was made quite clear in the videos I posted: You claimed that he couldn't be punished by death am I not correct? But is it not correct that treason carries the death penalty in Israel? That MP's example shows what happens to Israeli Arabs who speak out against the institutionalized racism and injustices that they face. I hate no people, I hate only oppression. Hamas isn't fighting for peace, they are fighting for the liberation of Palestine which is occupied. Your assertion is also a bit silly, Zionists also fought against the British to remove them of what they thought were their lands yet you don't condemn that action.. OR do you claim that they were fighting for peace? Also, Hamas has made offers of peace through negotiation that will recognize Israel's existence as a state and establish peace with normalized ties like that of the Arab Peace Initiative, and Israel refuses it. What just peace that equates in the creation of a fully autonomous Palestinian state has Israel offered? Please cite examples? I'd like you to pay careful attention to this because I don't believe you have.. Suicide bombing is a military tactic which can be used against civilians or military targets. I find suicide bombing against military targets morally reprehensible as I find normal suicide. However, as I stated previously, I think you are talking about the deliberate targeting of unarmed people and I am most definitely against that from a moral, compassion and Islamic point of view. Of course, you can't be bothered to look them up, yet you continue to comment on them and claim it's all Hamas' fault.. Clearly you are the one who isn't being objective here as you're automatically placing the blame on Hamas.
  23. Oh no, if someone wants to say that the UN acceptance of Israel through the partition plan justifies Israel's creation, then he can't be selective with what he accepts and doesn't accept from the UN. If the Israeli's considered the UN had any legitimacy, they'd withdraw to pre-1967 borders like they've been told to in several resolutions passed since then and provide a proper resolution for refugees. But instead the Israeli's just use it as an excuse for existence and then completely disregard anything it says.. Kind of like a teenager that disrespects their parents and is hostile.. Except this teenager expresses hostility through bombing UN buildings in Lebanon and Gaza with cluster bombs and white phosphorous weapons which is against international law..
  24. It's interesting that you say that what I am claiming is contradiction, half-truths, evasion and complete disinformation when at the same time I've provided very detailed information there to rebut your assertions that Hamas doesn't want peace, that it wants to simply kill all of the Jews, that it broke the ceasefire etc, this is information that you have thus far, refused to respond to including the video in which the UN states very clearly that it was the Israelis that broke the ceasefire and not Hamas. You're the one who is evading, giving half truths and spreading disinformation, I've been very detailed and clear in my writings on the issue and no one could accuse me of evasion. All you need to do is address the points that I have previously made, which again you seem incapable of doing.. Why is that? It's one thing to claim I'm lying, it's another to actually prove it.. So here's the challenge.. Prove it instead of providing false narrations and assertions. Undoubtedly, any loss of life is bad.. However, I find it quite odd that before you were claiming that the Palestinians basically deserved their treatment because they elected Hamas.. And now, you mourn for them? How convenient.. I'm sorry, but you can't mourn for people that you say deserve the horrific treatment they are getting. It really lacks sincerity.. Crocodile Tears in fact..
  25. I could have sworn it was Al-Ghazali's teacher, Al-Juwayni that I was thinking of when I used it.. It doesn't contain hate at all, except for hating the oppression of another living being.. Unless of course you love oppression.. Hmmmm? Then I could understand why you think it contains hate.. They should be held accountable by being tried and punished to the full extent of the law of the Land.. In Islam we're forbidden from doing things outside of the law like that.. Therefore, if you're in a country with different laws then you must respect and adhere to those laws. Hilarious.. Actually I never engaged in debate with you over this and have maintained since the beginning that I am not here to debate the issue of God's existence, but of course you appear to be some type of Atheist Fanatic who wishes to impose your beliefs on other people and can't respect their right to their own opinions.. Maybe your experience is showing you that it's not that the person doesn't want to discuss things with you out of 'getting to close to the truth' but rather it would be because your conduct is, in general repulsive and somewhat Salafi like in the way you wish to impose your beliefs on others.. Which in the end really shouldn't surprise me when you come from a country that has a history of imposing things on other people now shouldn't it? The evidence was there for everyone to see when the Prophets were here with us and people wrote down their experiences and other people corroborated their stories, having seen the same things, prophet after prophet and religion after religion like Judaism, Christianity and Islam confirm each others view on the events of these miracles happening by people sent by God.. But now that there are no miracles occurring now you say that there is no evidence and thus it can't be proven.. How about you go over all of those stories and disprove each miracle that was recorded and corroborated by millions of people.. Disprove those because those events occurred, you just have to prove that no more powerful being than man made them happen and that there is somehow another explanation for them.. How rude and insulting.. Don't try and say that my age is a factor here and that somehow means that I haven't had the time to think through my beliefs enough. Whilst I'm not the type to speak of the good things about myself, At the same time I can't allow such an insult to go unchecked. I am neither gullible nor stupid, my vast experiences in life and my thirst for knowledge and adeptness learning from what I see and hear I have attained more wisdom than most people in their 40's and 50's could ever hope to gain and I'm only 24 years old.. That's WHY I don't waste my time with debating people like you, because your conduct and the content of what you say, in addition to your lack of understanding about the subject which you speak about ie Islam and the Qur'an, the Will of God etc make you seem intellectually inept to grasp the concepts and context that you discuss.. I might also remind you that I was invited here to this forum to because some people wanted to know more about my opinions after reading them on the SOLOP website.. Sure it doesn't mean that they believed in God or anything like that and neither was it my intention in discussing anything about Islam to convert people, it was only to clarify the Islamic opinion on certain topics, but they considered the content of my views to warrant further discussion and thus invited me.. Surely that counts for something.. And if your ideas are so vastly superior to mine and so intriguing then surely, you too must have been invited to this site to give your insights too.. Right?
