  1. Aw shit... thut we was talking 'bout principles or sum sich.. ma bad.
  2. Don't take this too much as a victory. He is likely resigning because of the criticism by the totalitarians who wanted to quash this thing quicker... who wanted him to tell his force to act illegally i.e. violate the rights of the protestors, in order to "clear up" the "occupation". He is falling because he was more moderate and law abiding than his detractors... his "ouster", the manner and reasons therefor, are nothing to celebrate. Some low IQ, goose-stepping, lapdog will take likely be appointed.
  3. I suppose we’ll just have to wait and see how this plays out… at least this is an inspiration for all freedom loving people of the World, and hopefully reverberation after reverberation this will spread in a manner not even the Globalist Cabal can put down effectively.
  4. Only the so called Misogynists, Nazi's, Racists, and white supremacists are standing up ... I jest...but not really although smeared by false labels, these identify a small sector of real world "grass roots" individuals who still understand hard work, mutual respect, and freedom... this sits around 25% of Canada, and if you include moderates who cling to the vestiges of Enlightenment ideals, perhaps 35% at MOST. [Jesus aren't 65% of the population in Govt or quasi govt? perhaps I exagerate] Canada has been a SOCIALIST nation for DECADES and the vast majority of the sheep have been drinking the kool-aid with gusto... You think American schools are full of Marxist indoctrination? You think American institutions are plagued with collectivist ideas and tendencies? you ain't seen nothin Canada is the definition of a Backward, Elitist, regressively Leftist banana republic. It's an absolute cesspool of Corruption and Statism (Crony Socialism). 35% are cheering some 1% who are standing up... the other 65% of Canada are CHEERING inside for the King of Canada, recent polls show they are unhappy... but it's not because "freedom".... but because he took so long to take the "deplorables", those upstarts, down. How DARE they stand up to the STATE ... the sallow spiritually decrepit average Canadian mocks... [even though inside they die a little with jealousy knowing they should be standing up for their own freedoms] ... how DARE anyone else show up their moral ineptitude and cowardice with justice and courage... how dare anyone try to rise above their own pitiful self-loathsome state... Someone knows that he has the sheeple... this is why he invoked the Dictator's Act. So in response to the OP: Naw... SOME people are standing up... the rest are sneering in envious rage "throw them all in jail and throw away the key".
  5. Guess we should add Canada to the official North American map of Dumbfuckistan.
  6. The smelliest money you must follow however is that which has been corrupted. Honest money, if attained by persons of integrity and rationality are rarely used to fund their antipodes. Money tained by acquisition through force, theft, fraud, or unjust taxes... is tainted... the smelliest currency of all... follow the gangs, the oligarchs, the crony-socialists, government funding... ..follow your nose.
  7. They are both on that other forum as well. MisterSwig and Eioul I believe.
  8. That seems a tad bit over optimistic. We're only seeing the tip of the ice berg of decades of past (as well as current) leftist indoctrination at all levels of education and in many governmental and quasi-government institutions... and the trend is decidedly toward Marxism. Turning the tide only now (IF it can be turned) means at least a few more decades to get back to where we were or should be. Maybe move to Spain or Portugal and suggest your children think about coming back to America when the time is right, if ever.
  9. The Socialism and the Shit have now been Global Citizens for quite some time now… the conundrum is where to go?
  10. Those under 40s, their mentalities, misunderstandings and emotions and vices and weaknesses, are not some kind of anomaly or a glitch in the system, "f"ing things up as you say, au contraire, they are an intended part of the system, indeed a main feature of the Nanny State to ensure things simply glide along "status quo". So they are not screwing things up, they are playing their assigned parts... albeit standing in the way of your wishful thinking.
  11. Naw. You know what the Nanny State is best at producing? Man-babies. Every Canadian election there are more and more of them... and the government class and quasi-government / union / public sector voting bloc is already beyond the tipping point... they gonna take 2 secs to vote Lib, then put their soothers back-in an' take a nappy-nap. IF Trudeau gets scared in the next week... he'll just invoke emergency powers and set up Dominion Election Machines and online voting... Naw... s'all good. It'll be "True North strong? and Socialist" forevah
  12. Is Canada the only elected Socialist-Monarchy in the world? Canadians are eager for the King of Canada to rule them, to dictate what they can or cannot do, what they can or cannot say, no matter how corrupt, unprincipled, hypocritical, or tyrannical... but they whisper to the King how to rule, for the purpose of wielding power over and dominating their neighbors... often their betters... rather than for self-governance, which the Mob eschews, and requires no King.
  13. This is a bald assertion. 1. There is no evidence suggesting this 2. A deeper understanding of what makes a person join a protest (self-promoted and widely known as against election fraud and in favor of freedom and America) clearly suggests this woman is NOT of a philosophy of simply "following orders" (although she had previously been in the military) That said, those who lean authoritarian (knowingly or not), automatically see through the lens of the webs, chains and shackles of obedience and disobedience, followers and leaders, State and Mob, Master and Slave, not knowing a person can be of free and individual mind, independently choosing what she believes is right.
  14. Were the Founding Fathers to turn their minds to the constitution/founding documents in the modern era, what could they have added to further protect the checks and balances and to mitigate big government, cronyism, and the deep state itself? Some suggestions, please add to the list - fix the number of Supreme Court Justices - explicitly include "property" as a right co-equal with rights to life and liberty -explicit limit on size/budget of government based on whole population and GDP -explicit limits on taxation -explicit forbidding of the draft or similar forms of direct enslavement by Govt -explicit limits on salary of any government employee or contractor to previous salaries earned in private economy shielded by so many degrees of separation from any government influence or funding -explicit limitations on types of government roles and regulatory reach Some of the above may not be particularly good, others added might be much better, but to my mind, perversion of the proper state only occurs when its perversion is possible and open to individuals seeking to unjustly benefit from it, by twisting and abusing it. IF there would be no unjust benefit gained from government, government would not attract those types who otherwise would seek out easy routes to fortune and power. Without the incentive in the first place, the self-reinforcing viscous circle of ever growing power hungry corrupt government would not exist. Without over-reaching government power, cronyism becomes less efficient or appealing, without cushy salaries and insane pensions, swamp creatures become more rare, and without the power of any cunning spider of a person to overturn those measures in place to restrain such things, perhaps the corruption of government could be successfully prevented. Instead of an ever growing scream as from a microphone in an amplification loop, vice would fade into silent echos, whenever it attempted to bark in the face of freedom. Any ideas?
  15. For those of you who checked this video out, you'll see he is criticizing (in a very humorous and intelligent way) corruption and big government, lobbying, cronyism... which has been integral to Rule in Canada for decades... but Canada cannot really have a swamp can it? What do we call the place in Canada where the swamp creatures of Canada live? What do Canadians need to do to that place, if not "drain" it? We need a good freezing metaphor!
  16. Individuals, those who were in government and those working in the school system at the time need to be held accountable for their own individual actions, and all individuals or organizations in possession of any information pertaining to those crimes should forward that on to investigative authorities, so that those individuals who perpetrated any crime are brought to justice. In today's group think however, even though these are past crimes by individual people, much of the focus and blame will be on the so-called current collective "guilt" of or "stain" on Government, the Taxpayer, or Society (the polite self-effacing collectivist guilty Canadian... the "We"), simultaneously the favorite mystical scapegoats and paternal caretakers of the members of the collective mob... the subconscious premise being the straw man responsibility and guilt of the current generation ("original sin" inherited by birth perhaps?) justifies the thirst for self- or other-flagellation , self- or other-loathing and redistribution. IF that stupid culture of socialism could give way to individualism, current government officials would, for the most part, have no reason to cover any sins by past governments and other individuals, and promptly and simply stop covering it up and start investigating individuals ... but the group think of collective guilt gives them plenty of "reasons", personal and political, to thwart and distort justice into a Canadian woke circus.
  17. Wow this guy... I tell you, it's nice to hear this stuff he says the "A" word, the "S" words (both of them), the "F" word, and almost lays out the principle of the creation of wealth... The more I hear the more I like:
  18. This event is Canadian news, for sure. Investigation is of course necessary whenever bodies are found to determine what happened, if there was foul play, and if possible to bring the guilty to justice (if the deaths recent enough). History is also a crucial part of culture and knowledge. If old enough, I suspect anthropologists and/or historians would be interested in excavating and documenting things, to widen our understanding of what happened. Insofar as NO ONE currently in government or not, thinks the State should kill, or inadvertently cause the deaths, or hide the fact of the deaths of persons within its care, there is, at the moment, no POLITICAL ISSUE to debate, it is not politics.
  19. Unless bad legislation is still on the books, no matter how historically or culturally significant, it should not be in any way considered political, and certainly not in the context of a country with a proper existing governmental system.
  20. The politics of archeology? Discoveries of WW1 and WW2 era massacres and genocides must be dominating the ongoing politics in Europe… given the number of atrocities all throughout the continent, throughout history and the relatively recent past (last century or so)… I see no way it won’t absolutely dominate politics for millennia.
  21. All good questions. Also where to stockpile all your fossil fuel before its all outlawed by the lefties.
  22. Well, now a backup generator for our house seems even more like a good investment.
  23. Interesting ... I am reminded of ruminations on certainty I have had before... I think this is not experienced as as only a single particular thing... notice it is fully acceptable to speak of "certainty of thought" (as part of a cognitive process) but also speak of "feeling certain" (as a kind of intuitive circuit). I find when truth is truly the goal, being certain is a means, as one inspects a towering scaffold for stability, with each section build going upwards... as the one goal, getting into the heights, requires the means of the stability for the scaffolding... so too the goal of the truth requires the means of certainty building up from the foundations in the the hierarchy of thought. Sometimes intuition is a "short circuit" and sometimes the unspoken goal is not truth. In either case, either what is being built is shaky or nothing is actually being built. In this sense, a false sense or the serotonin of the feeling of certainty is the goal. In such a case the feeling of certainty is the goal, and half truths become the means... to enable the evasion which permits the feeling... and the valid process of cognition and truth are both swept aside entirely. So, certainly there is a sense you are correct and can be certain of it.
