ThankYouAyn
Hello, friends of objectivist philosophies,Many of this forum's posts look quite interesting, so I'vesigned up.Various philosophical issues are important to me, and I'dalso like to invent or discover effective ways to make somepro-freedom institutional changes before I bite the dust.I started with Fountainhead around 1967. Attended someof the NBI courses around 1968, just before the Split.Helped Libertarian Party efforts in NJ in the early 70s,co-published a small-circulation libertarian journal for a short time, and, in Austin, Texas, during the 1980 political campaign season, helped get the Libertarian Party's candidates on the state's ballot.I married my wife (born the year of the Dragon) in 1975; that's theinspiration for my screen name in this forum. We currently live nearPhoenix, AZ. We are aware of, and appreciate, Mike Renzulli's effortsin the Phoenix area.--Norman Andrews, aka DragonsMate. BaalChatzaf
What a lucky guy you are. You were born in the Year of the Dragon. I, on the other hand, was born in the Year of the Rat. Shucks!Ba'al Chatzaf

Selene
Welcome aboard Norman!Sheriff Joe Arpaio territory! Also, getting to be a somewhat dangerous county. LP/NBI and NY-NJ, hmmm, we might know some common folks.I misread your profile "Happily married, in Frederiksted, St. Croix, U.S.V.I., 1975." I assumed you still lived in the V.I., lol.We used to go once or twice a year to Cinnamon Bay or Maho Bay on St. John. They both had "environmental" campground resorts. St. John is about 70% National Parks thanks to that vicious capitalist robber baron Rockefeller. Are you, I hope, still active in politics because we need folks like you and this is the year of political confluences.Adam
