BAMF
Yes, I just rented it a couple of months ago and I thought it was wonderful! I plan on buying it (partially because the one I rented didn't come with the play...can't remember the play's name now!). I'm assuming you saw it, what did you think? Yes, I saw it and liked it very much. Small criticism: it could have been better edited, and some parts go on to long that threaten to be boring. One example is all the “talking heads”. [Kori, I have a question for you in 'caricatures: Music.']I'm on my way. That is a good point. I like the videos of her speaking mostly. It's better to hear HER speak than to hear the others speak about her. Also, it would've been cool if Barbara or Nathaniel Branden were in it (I don't remember that they were, I don't think so). Ideal! Thanks. I loved that play, but I loved Night of January 16th (again, i'm not sure of the title. bad me!) most of all.

Chris Grieb
Kori;Michael Paxton, the director said that he was told he could not have the Brandens in the movie. That is one of the problems with the film. I wish they had shown Ayn Rand answering question rather than haveing the talking head saying she anwered questions brillantly. There is lots of great material in the film but the treatment of the Brandens and others is terrible. The movie describes Peikoff as her intellectual heir. BAMF
Chris,Who told him that he couldn't have the Brandens, do you know? I agree about the talking heads (I just tune them out), but they did show lots of footage of her that I had not seen before, and I thought it was great. I had never really seen any actual videos of her until I saw that, and I noticed a shine in her eyes that I thought was very wonderful.
