Wolf DeVoon
Word of the Day..."kakistocracy"noun,government by the worst persons; a form of government in which the worst persons are in power. Those people (Bush, Cheney, Obama, Hillary) don’t have any sense at all. Just look at what they’ve done. In 14 years they’ve destroyed 7 countries, killed millions of people, and displaced millions of people. And where are those displaced people? They are overrunning Europe. jts
Word of the Day..."kakistocracy"noun,government by the worst persons; a form of government in which the worst persons are in power. That's natural. In a free market, the best people (most creative, most productive) tend to rise to the top. In politics, the worst people tend to rise to the top.In a mixed market (part free, part not free), mixed results.Good people want to run their own lives; bad people want to run other people's lives. Good people tend to not want to get involved in politics.Plato said the penalty good people pay for not getting involved in politics is to be ruled by bad people. Ron Paul was a rare example of a good person getting involved in politics. Most politicians want to run other people's lives; Ron Paul wanted people to run their own lives. Perhaps Ron Paul should be called an 'anti-politician'.

Everyone who fails to govern their own behavior, will by default be governed by others. The government you see today was created by people who failed to govern themselves.
