No disrespect intended - I've just noticed who's thread I am on.

Some welcome, huh?

That's what happens in this place, you can be sitting in your room forever, and nobody seems to know you exist.

Then wham!- all of a sudden everybody barges in (without knocking) and start their own conversations, go through your books, and criticize your CD collection.

Then they're gone, and you do the clearing up.

That's OL, for you. It would be nice if 'one' got more response (hint, hint), but it kinda works in its unstructured, undirected, way.
