  1. Taylor Hudak at The Last American Vagabond published a great interview with Michael Yeadon on April 11th. You can watch all of it, 51 minutes, here, but to make it more watchable I abridged it to 29 minutes here. This video, especially the abridged version, may be the best propaganda vehicle yet to convince your stubborn friends that there is malign intent behind the vaccination campaign.
  2. Michael Yeadon, a microbiologist and former Vice President of Allergy and Respiratory Research at Pfizer Global, in a telephone interview reported in the LifeSite News article “Your government is lying to you in a way that could lead to your death”: I think the end game is going to be, “everyone receives a vaccine”… Everyone on the planet is going to find themselves persuaded, cajoled, not quite mandated, hemmed-in to take a jab. When they do that, every single individual on the planet will have a name, or unique digital ID and a health status flag which will be “vaccinated,” or not … And whoever possesses that, sort of single database, operable centrally, applicable everywhere to control, to provide as it were, a privilege, you can either cross this particular threshold or conduct this particular transaction or not depending on [what] the controllers of that one human population database decide. And I think that’s what this is all about because once you’ve got that, we become playthings and the world can be as the controllers of that database want it. For example, you might find that after a banking reset that you can only spend through using an app that actually feeds off this [database with], your ID, your name, [and] your health status flag. ... crossing an international border is the most obvious use for these vaccine passports, as they are called, but I’ve heard talk ... that they could be necessary for you to get into enclosed public spaces. I expect that if they wanted to, you would not be able to leave your house ... without the appropriate privilege on your app. But even if that’s not [the] true [intent of the vaccine campaign], it doesn’t matter, the fact that it [is possible] means everyone [reading] this should fight like crazy to make sure that [vaccine passport] system never forms. ... [We, that is, they] invent a story that is about a virus and its variations, its mutations over time .. and ... embed it through the captive media, make sure that no one can counter it by censoring alternative sources, then people are now familiar with this idea that this virus mutates, which it does, and that it produces variants, which is true [as well], which could escape your immune system, and that [last] is a lie. But, nevertheless, we’re going to tell you it’s true, and then when we tell you that it’s true and we say “but we’ve got the cure, here’s a top-up vaccine,” you’ll get a message, based on this one global, this one ID system: “Bing!” it will come up and say “Dr. Yeadon, time for your top-up vaccine. And, by the way,” it will say “your existing immune privileges remain valid for four weeks. But if you don’t get your top-up vaccine in that time, you will unfortunately detrimentally be an ‘out person,’ and you don’t want that, do you?” So, that’s how it’ll work, and people will just walk up and they’ll get their top-up vaccine.
  3. A few days ago someone posted a link to a talk by Geert Vanden Bossche, a Belgian vaccine researcher. I watched it straight through because I am on the lookout for persuasive videos with which to help convince my friends to avoid the non-vaccines. This video wasn’t one of them. If he had said: “Even if we grant the short term efficacy and safety of the European experimental “vaccines,” giving them en masse when the virus is everywhere will lead to disaster. (And go on to argue that it destroys ones natural immune response.)” But he doesn’t grant, he claims outright that the European vaccines are safe and effective, invented by “brilliant” people, etc., which isn’t true. (It may or may not be relevant but he is funded by the Gates Foundation.) And I don’t follow his argument about the natural immune response either. Still and all he sounds sincere and is putting his reputation on the line. His ultimate conclusion is: don’t vaccinate during a pandemic. But there are too many problems with his argument for him to be of use to us.
  4. RL0919, Since it served its purpose, I removed my post and your reply from en.wikipedia.org. I could host a copy of the old ORC on ARIwatch. Just save your files in a zip file and email it to comment(at)ariwatch(dot)com At the top of the main page would be added a notice saying it is an archive and has nothing to do with ARIwatch. Such a “live” hosting would have two advantages over using the Wayback Machine web.archive.org/web/20180628160905/https://www.noblesoul.com/orc/texts — the pages would display more or less instantaneously and I could install a FreeFind search function. With archive.org the pages take about 20 seconds to display and the search function doesn’t work.
  5. The FBI wolf investigates sickening attack in the corral: A Capitol riot defendant says a DC jail guard zip-tied him then severely beat him up: Capitol riot defendant alleges beating by jail guards. This article gives more detail.
  6. I enjoyed reading the comments by George H. Smith, who is some kind of genius, on Emerson's essay "Self-Reliance" (he shows what an ignoramus Rand was about the essay) even if I can't see what this has to do with the status of noblesoul.com. The new owner of the domain has substituted "Anthony Mason" for "Richard Lawrence" in the personal part of the website is concerned, and -- so far -- left out the OCR part. The blatant plagiarism seems pointless.
  7. The domain noblesoul.com expired and eventually went up for sale. Some company bought it last year, I forget the name. March 21, 2020 the domain changed hands again. One Anthony Mason now owns it. On the new website he says he is “the owner and webmaster of the Objectivism Reference Center ...” However The Objectivism Reference Center is not there. The main page says the website was last updated January 12, 2021. Mason says he used to be active on the humanities.philosophy.objectivism newsgroup and the Atlantis mailing list. It could be that Mason thinks that by purchasing the domain name he purchased ORC. The website doesn’t mention Richard Lawrence.
  8. No, I’m not cavalier about them. Who the hell are they to ruin my life for some tiny possible benefit to them? Who are these old people who sacrifice the young to themselves? (By the way, the iron hand of the state is doing a lot more than forcing people to wear useless masks.) “Fanboy” wasn’t in my vocabulary so I looked it up. Merriam-Webster online: a boy or man who is an extremely or overly enthusiastic fan of someone or something It’s a disparaging word. I don’t think I have any “fanboys.”
  9. Some further comment after Ellen's post ... Quoting caroljane: “... it [a vaccination ID] illustrates my point. A public health measure is not viewed [by those who object to this?] as what it is, a measure to limit the initiation of force by citizens upon each other, but as – well, what? An infringement on your sacred right to get sick, and make others sick?” The ending is sarcastic and “initiation of force” is designed to push Objectivists’ buttons. The mask orders, “lockdowns” of healthy people, limiting businesses, closing businesses, forbidding public assembly, etc. have to do with naked power, nothing to do with public health – where is the science as they say – and neither does a vaccination ID. (It would be a federally issued ID that would track your medical history and be required to use the post office, fly, eventually to use a bank, etc.) The last is monstrous even if the Pfizer’s experimental vaccine (which isn’t a vaccine) were proven safe, and it hasn’t been. It is, as I just said, experimental (link to abridged talk by Simone Gold). Let’s get real. Even without treatment a healthy and non-decrepit person’s chance of getting very sick from Covid-19 is near zero. With treatment – and there are several inexpensive ones available – it is inconsequential Life is inherently, metaphysically, risky. You engage in reasonable precautions to minimize risk. What has been going on is not reasonable precautions but a naked power grab by totalitarians. Neo-communists would be a fitting label too.
  10. Brant Gaede, According to the Wikipedia entry “English defamation law” truth is an “allowable defense” against libel. CarolJane, Official Objectivism is a psychological freak show. Were you active on OL when I unveiled Who is Richard Minns? And then there’s Carl Barney. I’ve written several articles about his case, for example Barney’s Big Lie. ADDED: What is LeTourtette noted for?
  11. Quite a while ago "Anonymous" decided to put his name to the statement and the webpage was updated. I put up that website. I kept it separate from ARI Watch so as not to be accused of libel. Even though reporting what is true is not libelous that doesn't protect one from being accused of libel.
  12. "How DJT Lost the White House" by Patrick Byrne (At this point I’ve read chapters 3 and 4 – fascinating, and more to come.) Ch. 1: All the President’s Teams (Nov. 3 – Dec. 17) 27 January 2021 Ch. 2: Was There Foreign Interference in this Election? 31 January 2021 Ch. 3: Crashing the White House (Dec. 18 – Dec. 22) 1 February 2021 Ch. 4: The Christmas Doldrums (Dec. 23 – noon Jan. 6) 4 February 2021
  13. Ellen, Yes, Ken Starr is right (well, I’m no legal scholar but it sounds reasonable and I want it to be right) I’d just rather hear what he’s saying from someone else. David Martin’s article shows that he's dishonest. Mark
  14. Better called a cover-up instead of an investigation. Over Starr’s strenuous objections the three-judge panel overseeing his work ordered Starr to add a 20 page evidentiary file by the lawyer for Patrick Knowlton as an appendix to his report that described the shenanigans he happened to witness at Fort Marcy Park. David Martin has written about the cover-up: America’s Dreyfus Affair
  15. Ellen quoting Lin Wood: “The State Bar of Georgia told me today they would demand a mental health exam from me if I wanted to keep my law license.” This is utterly disgusting. It’s like something out of the Soviet Union. He disagrees with the Powers That Be, therefore he must be mentally ill. He could refuse to take the exam then sue the State Bar, but I imagine it would take a long time to get through a higher court, and considering court corruption the outcome would be uncertain. I wonder if he could set up shop in another state.
  16. Today Rudy Giuliani issued the following statement: “Dominion’s defamation lawsuit for $1.3B will allow me to investigate their history, finances, and practices fully and completely. The amount being asked for is, quite obviously, intended to frighten people of faint heart. It is another act of intimidation by the hate-filled left-wing to wipe out and censor the exercise of free speech, as well as the ability of lawyers to defend their clients vigorously. As such, we will investigate a countersuit against them for violating these Constitutional rights.”
  17. The following is by Joel Skousen on his World Affairs Brief: "It has been a long battle trying to convince subscribers and Trump supporters that all the stories of false hope spread by “insiders” like Q about Trump staying in office after the theft of the election were bogus. In reality, Q was only a small part of the plot to lead Trump supporters astray with false hope. "There were also former and current people in various branches of intelligence who would call up people like Generals Flynn and McInerny to feed them false information. They were so effective the good generals bought it—in part because they were naive about the depth of control held by the Deep State over the NSA and the rest of our government and military. "Attorneys Sidney Powell and Lin Wood were also targets of disinformation, with Wood spreading some of the most bizarre rumors. Simon Parkes, an old intelligence man in the UK, developed quite a following to his daily “Online Updates” with a mixture of true facts and outrageous claims. The disinformation he gets must be coming from British Intelligence which is in league with our own Deep State, because it echoes what many have been saying in the US. It became downright absurd last Wednesday when he claimed that the Inauguration would be faked —that it would be a computer generated event using Deep Fake computer animation and that all the soldiers in DC were there to arrest all the traitors and reinstall Donald Trump as president. Of course, that never happened. Even as he was saying it, president Trump was packing up and moving out of the White House. "What is most disturbing is that NONE of the sincere recipients of this massive disinformation campaign have come out and apologized for passing on the bogus information. None have come out to expose and decry the people who whispered these lies in their ears. How are we to learn from these campaigns to deceive if the victims of this disinformation campaign don’t have the courage to reject and expose it?"
  18. Big Tech Censorship and Section 230 of the “Communications Decency Act” by Ed Powell. Amy Peikoff is beginning to see the light after what happened to Parler, of which she is Chief Policy Officer. She calls it “censorship by proxy.” The above essay is based on a reply to Amy. I’m placing this post in the ARI Corner forum because ARI continues to defend Tech Totalitarianism.
  19. Who was responsible, directly responsible, for Trump’s staff being in large part composed of swamp creatures? I could ask the question in a less round about way only it would be like asking “Who's buried in Grant’s tomb?”
  20. ThatGuy, Since World War II the U.S. has been in a new phase of degradation to which Rand was pretty much oblivious. Socialism vs. Capitalism, Left vs. Right, Liberal vs. Conservative is now just entertainment, like television wrestling, hiding venal, thieving, murdering Mafia-like corruption. It makes “taxing the rich” or “robbing Peter to pay Paul” look good. I wrote “pretty much” because once in a while Rand would acknowledge that something more sinister than differences in political philosophy was going on. The only example I can think of at the moment is when, in an essay, she entertained the possibility that Marilyn Monroe had been murdered (for knowing too much about the crowd she was running around with at the time, though Rand didn’t say that). Leonard Peikoff hosted a radio show in the late 90s. Trying to make the above point, here’s what I emailed to him when he asked for topics to discuss (he didn’t use it). The quality of my writing has improved, I think, since back then. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Aug 6, 1998 *Choose your issues* My two choices are related, so first here's the common idea. In years past, however unconstitutional and extreme the violation of our rights, laws were passed and adhered to do it -- a pro forma chipping away of freedom. America was heading toward a totalitarian state -- in a genteel manner. No longer. We're graduating into a more mature stage of fascism. Besides the pretense of respect for the rule of law we now have outright gangsterism and thuggery. Here are my two choices: 1. The unbelievable corruption within the U.S. Department of Justice. The HUD and the savings and loan scandals, to give just two examples, were all made possible by crooked judges. None of the major perpetrators went to prison, only lesser figures or even innocent fall guys. Whistleblowers, insiders who try to expose the corruption, risk being sent to prison on false charges. Rodney Stich has written several books on corruption within the government, after experiencing it first hand. The thing to be done about it now is to make the corruption known. Then dishonest judges must be punished and replaced with honest ones. (By the way, Stein & Day, the first publisher of your -- LP's --first book, was robbed of all its assets by the corrupt Chapter 11 system. Sol Stein wrote a book about it entitled *A Feast for Lawyers*.) 2. The voluntary news blackout of the mainstream media. On some subjects a government censor could hardly do a better job. And when not a blackout it's often a dimout. This is well known to those who are interested in current affairs, thanks to those bright lights the alternative press, talk radio, and the Internet. But ask the average joe about the Vince Foster murder, the execution style murder of Mary Caitrin Mahoney -- Georgetown Starbucks cafe manager and former White House Intern, the evidence of a missile shoot down of TWA flight 800, FBI foreknowledge of [now I would say participation in] the Oklahoma City bombing, etc. and you get a blank stare.
  21. By Wrongly Calling The Capitol Rabble 'Terrorists' Joe Biden Will Likely Create Some The author fails to prove his title but the article contains some quotes worth preserving.
  22. “Trump does not throw his supporters under the bus therefore Trump did not just throw his supporters under the bus” is a classic case of rationalistic argument. Now, as a matter of fact, Trump had urged that his supporters “march on Washington.” Marching on Washington is rather different from invading the Capitol building. I would say that he threw his more enthusiastic supporters under the bus. Everything has changed and only blind faith could make a person think that Trump will be inaugurated January 20th.
  23. Man Entering Capitol Building is a BLM Organizer and Likely an FBI Agent Provocateur
  24. I listened to part of Trump’s speech, as much as I could stomach. He threw loyal supporters under the bus. It was all right to say that storming the Capitol was the wrong thing to do but then he should have said that he understood their feelings and motivation. And he should have described, at length, the role of Antifa. ThatGuy, “Did Trump just concede?” I guess that’s intended as a rhetorical question, because of course he did. Worse, his use of the past tense makes it sound like he has given up trying to get election fraud acknowledged in the courts. But since I didn’t listen to the whole speech maybe I’m wrong.
