Election Fraud Will Occur Next Tuesday

Folks: ONE MAN ONE VOTE...except in certain venues...

The other big fraud areas to watch are Philadelphia where there are more registered voters that adults over the age of eighteen (18). Also, it was the infamous "panther poll watchers" in 2008 who were assisting voters with night sticks, caught on film. The O'bama-Holder injustice department has refused to prosecute these folks under the "legal theory" that they could not be racists since, being black, they did not have the power to be racists.

Also, Chicago, where a federal investigation concluded that one (1) in ten (10) votes cast were routinely fraudulent.

1: New Jersey...raising corruption to a high art!

2:LAS VEGAS — Some voters in Boulder City complained on Monday that their ballot had been cast before they went to the polls, raising questions about Clark County's electronic voting machines. Voter Joyce Ferrara said when they went to vote for Republican Sharron Angle, her Democratic opponent, Sen. Harry Reid's name was already checked.

Ferrara said she wasn't alone in her voting experience. She said her husband and several others voting at the same time all had the same thing happen

Now why did you want to go and depress me. My biggest problem this evening was whether I was going to do ice cream.

Election corruption, (not the old fashion kind, accomplished by a limited number of corrupt "bosses", but the new kind I envision, done by the local governments themselves), is truly a frightening prospect. I live in a small venue, so endemic fraud would be difficult. But in large cities where literally crowds are processed, it scares me.

The comment that the machine service crews are the union members was truly scary.

The thought that poll workers might not only be very biased, but willing to do something about, it is scary.

This makes me wonder now- Could honest elections always be counted on to (sooner or later) get us out of tyranny. In other words, would it be possible for voters to get, and remain, so stupid or brainwashed that the tyrannical government wouldn't "need" election fraud to stay in power?

Just a few thoughts

Well Folks, I just heard about this last night and it happened on August 28, 2010!

"Officials scramble after fire destroys vote machines

Harris County clerk is urging public to cast ballots early

A fire that destroyed nearly all Harris County's electronic voting machines Friday has election officials scrambling to re-equip the county for an election in which early voting starts in just 51 days. Even before the pre-dawn fire was out, County Clerk Beverly Kaufman pledged to hold a "timely election" on Nov. 2 but suggested the county may have to run fewer than its planned 739 Election Day polling stations if it cannot find enough machines.

Because she does not know how many machines will be available for each polling location, Kaufman started appealing almost immediately to voters to cast their ballots early to help avoid long lines on Election Day.

Early voting begins Oct. 18."

Harris County, with 1.9 million registered voters who account for nearly 15 percent of the state's electorate, must start from scratch to rebuild an elections infrastructure just over two months before a gubernatorial election." http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/metropolitan/7173960.html

And the beat goes on and on and on..."Men keep marching off to war..." And the theft goes on and on and on...

"The investigation revealed that Henry and Robinson devised a strategy to boost Henry's re-election bid by obtaining absentee ballots for numerous people, most of whom never requested the ballots. By law, residents are only allowed to request absentee ballots for themselves, immediate family members or for someone for whom they're acting as legal guardian."

This has been the hidden route for the last four (4) to five (5) years, e.g., that town in California with the $500,000.00 mayor salaries.

Great honky tonk piano in the background for Congressman Bono.

Federal Thugs dispatched to three (3) Arizona Counties to make sure that illegals will be able to vote and evict Governor Brewer.

"Feds to Monitor Elections in 3 Arizona Counties

Published : Saturday, 30 Oct 2010, 6:34 PM MDT

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. - The U.S. Department of Justice is deploying more than 400 people to monitor the polls in 18 states.

In Arizona, the observers will be stationed in Maricopa, Navajo and Apache counties.

Staff from the department's Civil Rights Division will field complaints related to ballot access, including voter intimidation or coercion, over the next few days.

State and local governments administer elections, but the division is charged with ensuring voters' rights.

The Justice Department has sent observers and monitors to polling places since the passage of the Voting Rights Act of 1965. The act prohibits discrimination based on race, color or language spoken."

Perish the thought that we should send them to Philadelphia or Chicago!

There are four (4) reported "discoveries of ballots" after the returns were in and they had three factors in common:

1) the non democrat won; 2) the election boards are democratic 3) mysteriously bag(s) of ballots were "found",

The fourth is in Missouri and involves "busloads of 'voters' who showed up when the verification of voters system "went down" for seven (7) hours???****

Story #3: GOP Finally Helps Tea Party Candidate in Recount

RUSH: This poor woman in North Carolina, Renee Ellmers, a congressional race in North Carolina, they found a bunch of ballots. This Etheridge guy was on the ropes, the RNC is not going in to help her because she's Tea Party, that race might flip to Democrat. The RNC's not going in to help her because she's Tea Party. Renee Ellmers in North Carolina against Bob Etheridge, the incumbent Democrat, she was ahead and now of course they found some ballots after the election somehow and they're all gonna go to Etheridge, and the RNC, the Republican campaign committee is nowhere near there to help her. It's just frustrating, it's maddening. But more than that, it's disappointing.

On Tuesday night Renee Ellmers in North Carolina, she is Republican, was leading by 2,099 votes. The next day, Sampson County, North Carolina, "elections officials discovered they hadn't reported totals from three of the county's four early-voting sites, said Johnnie McLean, deputy director of the State Board of Elections." So they found some votes, early votes that they miraculously hadn't counted. Just like in Bridgeport, Connecticut, they found a bag full of votes uncounted in a tight governor's race. And every time votes are found after the election is over, they all vote Democrat, and they all are only found in close races. So you had Renee Ellmers up basically 2,100 votes. She has asked for a recount now. She's asked the NRCC, the National Republican Congressional Committee, to help her with the recount costs, which might amount to $50,000, and they have refused. She's Tea Party. Ellmers also says that the GOP NRCC refused to help her with her campaign. In fact, their spokesman told the press that the campaign wasn't ready for primetime. Her campaign didn't deserve their help because she wasn't ready for primetime which made it even harder for her to raise money in the first place. She said all this in an e-mail to supporters.

Now, these lost votes, these somehow newly discovered votes, they're always found by Democrats. In the case of Renee Ellmers, three out of four early voting sites, unreported totals, imagine that. In Bridgeport, Connecticut, a bag full. In Bridgeport, Connecticut, a bag of uncounted votes. This is how Al Franken ended up in the Senate from Minnesota. See, the Tea Party can't have the Tea Party. The Republican Party can't take the time to explain to America, "Yeah, the reason the reason you don't like Obama, the reason you don't like Democrat policies is because that's what liberalism is. Liberalism is why your house value is nonexistent. Liberalism is why you don't have a job. Liberalism is why we are in debt up to our eyeballs for generations. It's liberalism. This is what liberalism does. This is what they believe." No instead, what are we doing? We're running to the Politico with Lindsey Grahamnesty and Trent Lott to savage Sarah Palin and blame Sharron Angle and Christine O'Donnell and Palin for the fact that we didn't win our precious Senate, and telling Renee Ellmers to go to hell.

All right, I'm told that the Republican Congressional Campaign Committee is now going to go in and help Renee Ellmers. It was Etheridge that candidate for the recount, by the way. Thank you, Mr. Snerdley, for that bit of information. The NRCC is now ostensibly helping Renee elders. They had to be called out on it but they are going in there. Look, we're gonna go to the phones here in just in time and I owe you people on hold an apology, it is Open Line Friday and we try to take more phone calls, but this really is important. We are sitting here on one of the greatest political opportunities of our lifetime. We have just -- the American people have just -- rejected liberalism. They need to be told that's what they did. Too many people don't yet realize that what they voted against I was liberalism. They think they're voting against "Washington not working," so they think they're voting against Washington. Again, Washington doesn't work. They want Washington to work.

Why Washington doesn't work needs to be explained to them. It doesn't work because of liberals running it. It's just that simple. It's not complicated. It can be demonstrated. Now, the minute inside-the-Beltway Republicans start trashing liberalism, that's the day that they are rejected from the ruling class. The day they stop talking about bipartisanship and all that, that's the day they get kicked out of the ruling class, 'cause they're just invited guests in the ruling class. The Democrats control who's in the ruling class, in Washington. They control who's in the clique. But I cannot emphasize this enough.

I cannot say enough times: The folly of a tidal wave victory and wipeout, historic wipeout, and the next day the Republicans think what they have to first do is trash the Tea Party and Sarah Palin rather than seize this opportunity. If they want to win every year, if they want to be a generational winner, if the Republicans wanna resign the Democrats to being out of power for 40 years, here's how you do it. The Democrats just illustrated who they are and what they do nationally if unchecked. We've already got the example of Michigan. We've got the example of New Orleans and Louisiana. We've got the example of San Francisco. We've got it. Everywhere liberals run the show in conjunction with unionism, you've got utter despair and destruction. It's time it was pointed out.

The other situation is in Bridgeport Connecticut.

The third is in San Francisco and only involves seventy five (75) votes and the individual election worker who allegedly stole the bag of ballots is under arrest.

I am quite sure there are other instances and if anyone knows of any, I would be thankful to be notified as to where they occured.

"Republicangrey_loader.gif congressional candidate Ed Martin, who ran in Missouri’s 3rd District against incumbent Democrat Russ Carnahan, is calling for an investigation into possible voter fraud in St. Louis during Tuesday’s midterm election.

Martin is alleging that, because of a seven-hour failure of the voter verification system that checks whether people who show up at the polls are in fact eligible to vote, there is a possibility that ineligible voters were able to cast ballots in favor of his opponent.

To be granted a recount request, though, Martin would have had to come within 1 percent of Carnahan in final vote counts. Martin’s 94,594 votes, however, are 2.2 percent away from Carnahan’s 99,016."

Having been a Republican Election Supervisor in Suffolk County NY for the ten (10) years that I lived in Setauket, nothing surprises me when it comes to corruption and Suffolk County. If any of you recall, the Town of Brookhaven was the center of Federal corruption trials and loan fraud.****

Another New York House race was suddenly back in play amid ongoing vote-counting today, as a recanvass of the ballot machines erased a 3,400-vote deficit for Republican Randy Altschuler in New York's 1st District and vaulted him nearly 400 ballots over Democratic Rep. Tim Bishop.

It's the second House race in New York in a week in which a large deficit was suddenly reversed as new totals came in, or as the machines were gone over again. Altschuler, a self-funding businessman who ran on a fusion ticket of both the Republican and Conservative Party lines, is now up 392 votes, his campaign spokesman Rob Ryan confirmed.

"This abrupt shift raises considerable questions about the new voting system in Suffolk County," said Bishop aide Jon Schneider. "At the end of the day, it is vital that Suffolk County residents have confidence in the final results, which is why there needs to be a hand count of all paper ballots. This is exactly the reason that Suffolk County has a system with paper backup. Such a review will produce a result that everyone can have confidence in. We also believe that at the end of this process that Tim Bishop will continue to represent Suffolk County."

A Bishop aide confirmed to Newsday that they are down nearly 400 votes heading into the weekend, with some 9,000 absentee ballots set to be counted starting toward the end of next week.

****POWELL EXTORTION TRIAL UNDERWAY

By ROBERT GEARTY DAILY NEWS STAFF WRITER

Friday, November 19th 1999, 2:11AM

Five years ago, John Powell cemented his role as political kingmaker when he helped deliver Suffolk County to Gov. Pataki on Election Day.

But now Powell, 39, sits impassively at the defense table in a federal courtroom in Uniondale where he is on trial for allegedly accepting $20,000 in bribes from a sand hauler to use the Town of Brookhaven landfill.

Four months after Pataki's 1994 election, Powell rose to the chairmanship of the Suffolk County Republican Party.

The post afforded Powell immense power, but he was forced to give it up after he and 19 others were charged in a federal indictment in December with conducting a criminal enterprise that extorted bribes, sold stolen trucks and operated a chop shop.

Powell has steadfastly maintained his innocence and vowed he will return as GOP party boss when he is acquitted.

Powell and co-defendent Dominic Testa, 43, went on trial Monday before U.S. District Court Judge Jacob Mishler in connection with the alleged landfill extortion. Testa, a garbage company executive, also faces a witness-tampering charge.

He also has pleaded not guilty.

The other charges brought against Powell in the December indictment will be tried at a later date.

Prosecutors said Powell received bribes from Michael Cholowsky, the owner of a Calverton sand mining business, in exchange for unlimited access to the Brookhaven landfill.

Powell's attorney Benjamin Brafman told the jury that Cholowsky was lying. He said government wiretaps never recorded Powell discussing or accepting a bribe.

Cholowsky was the government's first witness, and he elaborated on his payments to Powell when he took the stand. He said he had given Powell $2,000 a month for a 10-month period and agreed to become a government informant in June, 1998, in exchange for leniency for his own alleged wrongdoing.

The cross-examination of Cholowsky began Wednesday with Brafman seeking to bolster his basic argument that Cholowsky was a "fundamentally dishonest human being." Brafman obtained admissions from the government's star witness that Cholowsky was a tax cheat and paid his employes "off the books."

Yesterday, Brafman continued to attack Cholowsky's credibility, during a second day of cross-examination.

Cholowsky admitted to the attorney he had lied about the extent of his business difficulties in recorded conversations with Joseph Provenzano, a longtime Powell friend and co-defendent. In the summer, Provenzano, 45, pleaded guilty to racketeering charges, but insisted Powell was innocent.

"You were trying to get Mr. Powell to do something corrupt?" Brafman asked.

"No," said Cholowsky.

"You were trying to get John Powell to take money so the FBI would prosecute him?"

"Yes," said the witness.

The trial is expected to last several weeks.

Now this is indictable.

"Obama Tied To Voter Fraud Charges

Posted by Jay Tea

Published: November 14, 2010 - 6:00 PM Oh, not again...

In Minnesota, they have a law that says if you're not registered to vote and don't have an ID with you, you can still cast a ballot if you can get a registered voter to "vouch" for you with the poll workers. And any individual can "vouch" for up to 15 people.

Gee, not much room for abuse there, is there?

Over at that link, there's video of someone explaining just how students at the University of Minnesota were "vouching" for people they had never met before. More specifically, students who were members of the campus' chapter of Organizing For America.

That's Organizing For America, formerly known as the Barack Obama presidential campaign, run and funded by the Democratic National Committee, and possessors of the web site barackobama.com.

As I've been saying for some time, this is not something we should be allowing President Obama to distance himself from. He's shown a tremendous talent for throwing inconvenient people under the bus, but here it's his own name that he'd have to distance himself from. He gave the domain name to the organization; he can take it back at any time. Every day he fails to do so, he tacitly endorses every single action taken in his name by Organizing For America.

Including how to help people fraudulently register and vote in Minnesota.

Now, I doubt too many races were determined by this election fraud. I don't think there were any stolen elections here. But there's a bigger fear behind this that drives me to constantly harp on the left's attempts to manipulate and rig elections.

And that's a topic for a whole another posting."
