blackhorse
Obama's amended Executive Order 12425 is a disgrace and travesty to the US and our laws. Here's the full scoop; http://pajamasmedia.com/blog/obama-surrend...xecutive-order/
Christopher
If you're talking about INTERPOL and if indeed the article is depicting the e.o. accurately, then the order is quite ridiculous and unconstitutional. That said, I don't think that any actions taken as a result of such methods of data collection would hold up in a U.S. Court towards a conviction for breaking U.S. law. Selene
Chris:The appointments in the federal judiciary since the second Clinton term and through the Bush terms have been mostly horrifically bad appointments. I hate to inform you, but the Alinsky assault on the judiciary is the non-legislative path that they have been running on a parallel track and has been most successful. The use of executive orders is another disastrous example of the burgeoning administrative state that escapes scrutiny until it is encysted and growing from within.Adam
Max Eichelberger
When Bush did it, it was obviously in violation of American integrity. When Obama does it, it is merely fashionable.
Alfonso Jones
When Bush did it, it was obviously in violation of American integrity. When Obama does it, it is merely fashionable. Done by either, it is despicable.Bill P
