Brendan Hutching Posted September 30, 2009 Share Posted September 30, 2009 Brendan,Such a judgment is appealable—to the same official who made it in the first place.I would be very surprised if an appeal of an immigration decision was considered by the same official who made the initial decision. Here's some information about NZ immigration appeals.
