Aphantopus hyperantus. In Dutch it's called "koevinkje" litterally: little cow finch. I don't see much resemblance with a cow nor with a finch.

Spilosoma lubricipeda, or the white ermine. Seems a better description than the Dutch "witte tijger" = white tiger.
