I'm shocked -- shaken up, even -- that visitors to the ARC website "voted" for Bouguereau as their favorite artist. It's a complete surprise to me that people would click on any of the numerous links and articles which have appeared on the ARC home page highlighting Bouguereau and promoting the idea of his importance.
