Hong Kong to decide on ' indecent' Bible

I found this story kind of cute. From the article:

MORE than 800 Hong Kong people have called on authorities to reclassify the Bible as "indecent" due to its sexual and violent content.

The Hong Kong's Television and Entertainment Licensing authority (TELA) said it had received 838 complaints about the Bible by noon yesterday.

The complaints follow the launch of an anonymous website, www.truthbible.net which said the holy book "made one tremble" given its sexual and violent content.

If anybody wants to go to the anonymous website, www.truthbible.net, and get a general idea of what it means (it is in Chinese), do the following:

1. Go to Babel Fish Translation.

2. In the field "Translate a Web page" insert the URL (http://www.truthbible.net). Notice that this is not the "Translate a block of text" field.

3. Open the little menu beside the "TRANSLATE" button and choose "Chinese-trad to English."

4. Click on the "TRANSLATE" button. This should open a new window with a rough "machine" translation. When you click on the links on the translated page, they will also become translated.

Some of the machine-translation phrases, given this subject matter, are quite funny.

I took a couple years of mandarin chinese in school, and though I've lost it now, I should have been able to at least make sense of the babelfish translation.

That "Engrish" is absolutely impenetrable.
