The Virginia Tech Tragedy and a Time Out From Agendas

After a terrible tragedy like the shooting at Virginia Tech, I like to step back from the politics of it all. Now is a time for healing; judgment should come later. Let's remember the victims, such as the heroic Liviu Librescu.

Amen to that! I have come more to the conclusion that ordinary people seem to rise to the occasion while the officials can't. Vice President Chaney was quoted as saying that the government worked on 9-11. That was not true what succeded in preventing a worse disaster was the ordinary people on United 93. It was people like the professor mentioned who saved lives while the police thought the orginial crime was a murder suicide.
