I normally don't like to fiddle with another person's post unless they want me to. In this case, your suggestion was a good one because the post is a reference link. But I left a comment along with the corrections.

For the record, the page number in the Signet edition of ITOE is p. 81. It is as you said (p. 61) for the Second Expanded edition.

Don't let him off the hook, Chris. Some of us gave him maximum possible slack and he still didn't cough up where the bodies were buried. Shame on him.
