Recommendation?

While I have heard of Tibor Machan, I have yet to read anything by him apart from short articles. Of his many available works, what would you recommend someone should start with?

Try this one: Ayn Rand.

ARI people don't like it, but most everybody else does. It is a very good introduction.

Michael; I would agree with the Ayn Rand recommendation. Machan also wroth a book on B F Skinner that was praised. Look at the titles and topics of Machan's books and see what topic interests you.
