O-Land News Junkie Posted January 21, 2007 Share Posted January 21, 2007 Some years ago I read a hatchet job on Ayn Rand's novel Atlas Shrugged in The Spectator magazine, rather akin to Charles Pretzlik's in the FT. I had never heard of the book or the author, but I was sufficiently intrigued to buy it and read it. As Mr Pretzlik notes, many distinguished people have read it, and many people of all sorts do so each year.
