O-Land News Junkie
During an Ayn Rand phase that ran from 1974-1979, more or less, I read some of [Friedman's] books and admired the ideas [...], living in New Zealand, then a quasi-socialist paradise of monstrous delusion. It was probably the tiresome prattle that Rand produced after ‘Atlas Shrugged’ – itself heavy on the tiresome prattle - that ended my flirtation with objectivism, and maturity that brought the realization that “free will†and “let the market decide†and assumptions of rationality were a manager’s mark on the fair value of human nature.http://randex.org/index.php/weblog/milton_...orld_than_ours/
