BaalChatzaf
I am sure most of you have either seen -The Imitation Game- or know what it is about. The technological star of the show was the (in)famous Enigma encrypting machine used by the Germans in WW2 and partially penetrated by GCHS at Bletchley Park. But what were the allies using? What was the U.S. using during that time? An even better encrypting system imported from Switzerland from the Hagelin Corporation (Aktiongesselschaft)Please see this item: http://ciphermachines.com/hagelin. It is a fascinating story. It has war, spies, corporate corruption and even a backdoor built for the NSA (grrrr....). I think a movie could be made from this adventure in the twilight world of codes, secrets and spies.
