Thanks Michael.I remember back when social security checks came in the mail, and then the elderly would go to cash it, and almost always got some cash back, from a bank or store. One of the south western states liberalized concealed weapon permits, especially for the elderly. The elderly had been victimized by hoodlums for years but when several were shot dead and there were no charges brought against the elderly, crime dropped dramatically in that state.
