Michael Stuart Kelly
Corporate Madness - Riding the Wave or Rave?I just finished a book called Newsjacking: How to Inject your Ideas into a Breaking News Story and Generate Tons of Media Coverage by David Meerman Scott and it reminded me of a some very funny videos I saw a couple of years ago before he became famous in the marketing world.I think Scott was horsing around back then trying to figure out a way to break out of the corporate environment to live the author/speaker life, and still create a buzz for the launch of his book, World Wide Rave: Creating Triggers that Get Millions of People to Spread Your Ideas and Share Your Stories. This kind of quirky humor may not be for everybody, but after doing a discussion forum on Objectivism for a few years, I found these videos hilarious. Still do.Riding the Rave #1: David's New Manager<iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/2CXpOfwrjEM?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>Riding the Rave #2: Brainstorming<iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/vYfZ3yl42lM?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>Riding the Rave #3: In Search of the Fifth P<iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/kT7Kaq13wb8?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Michael
