MA Police Arrested Obama For Drunk Driving Wednesday Night—Hits Police Car, Fails Breathalyzer!

FRAMINGHAM — A Framingham man illegally in the country from

Kenya

was drunk when he nearly ran his sport utility vehicle into a police car Wednesday night on Waverly Street, police said.

, 67, told Officer Val Krishtal that Krishtal should have yielded to his Mitsubishi SUV, according to a report filed yesterday in Framingham District Court. Obama failed several field sobriety tests and was arrested. At the police station, Obama failed a Breathalyzer test, registering .14. The state legal limit is .08.

OK, so it's not THAT Obama... But there is an Obama-related aspect to this story:

Obama has a federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement warrant for his arrest. ICE has previously ordered him to be deported back to Kenya. Obama pleaded not guilty at his arraignment yesterday. Judge Douglas Stoddart did not set any bail on the driving charges but ordered him held on the ICE warrant.

This story has a disturbing resonance after a drunk, repeat-offender illegal immigrant crushed and killed a 23-year-old graduate of Framingham State in the nearby town of Milford. The details of that horrible story are linked here, but the key facts are that the killer had been previously stopped, detained or arrested by local cops many times—including for assaulting a police officer and breaking and entering—but he was never referred to ICE.

Why? Because it's the policy of pro-illegal-immigration governor Deval Patrick to refuse to cooperate with the Secure Communities policy. Obvious Mr. Obama above is another "winner" in Patrick's pro-criminal game. The NOT-president Obama guy, I mean.

Unfortunately, even if we did have a governor who cared more about public safety than politics, it apparently wouldn't make any difference. Fox 25 here in Boston reports that they contacted ICE about the killer in Milford and were told that, even if he had been referred to them, the crimes of resisting arrest, assault and B&E "aren't necessarily serious enough to warrant deportation under current policy."

So it's not just Gov. Patrick who's supports ignoring the law on behalf of dangerous repeat criminals, it's also Obama. I mean, the OTHER Obama, not the one from Kenya.

The arrest ends a mystery over the fate of a relative that the US President wrote in his memoir had moved to America from Kenya in the 1960s, although the circumstances of his discovery may now prove to be an embarrassment for the White House.

Official records say Onyango Obama, 67, was picked up outside the Chicken Bone Saloon in Framingham, Massachusetts, at 7.10pm on August 24. Police say he nearly crashed his Mitsubishi 4x4 into a patrol car, and then insisted that the officer should have given way to him. A report filed with the Framingham District Court said that a breathalyser at the police station registered his blood alcohol at 0.14mg/100ml of blood, above the state limit of 0.08mg.

According to a local newspaper, Mr Obama was charged with driving under the influence and driving to endanger, as well as failing to use a turn signal. He was detained as an illegal immigrant because the US Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement has an outstanding warrant for him because he was previously ordered to be deported to Kenya.

Let's see, a brother in a hut. An aunt in public housing. Another relative arrested in England. So these are the ones that we've been waiting for?

A bogus Social Security number.

A bogus MA driver’s license.

Government-subsidized health care.

And a job at a liquor store.

President Obama’s drunk Uncle Omar isn’t just living in Massachusetts—he’s living it up! It sure is a hell of a lot better than the life he would have as a legal resident back home in Kenya.

The question is, how was Omar able to pull it off? Answer: Massachusetts politicians:

In President Obama's 1995 memoir "Dreams from My Father" he writes that he learned in 1988 through family members in Kenya that his Uncle Omar came to the United States 25 years prior. A number of commentators are mentioning that President Obama's uncle may have benefited from a policy that goes back to the days of former Massachusetts Democratic Governor Michael Dukakis, when illegal immigrants were assigned identification numbers that looked similar to social security numbers.

The author above, Kerry Picket of the Washington Times, provides this from an AP story at the time:

Massachusetts welfare workers assigned hundreds of dummy Social Security numbers to illegal immigrants to enable them to receive millions of dollars in state benefits.Federal officials said Wednesday, there's nothing illegal about it.

But Gov. Michael Dukakis says it's got to stop because it goes against his new efforts to crack down on aid to illegal aliens, which he says the state can no longer afford.

The practice started after Dukakis issued a 1985 executive order barring state agencies from asking people applying for state services about their citizenship status

. But citizens or not, the computerized welfare records required a case identification number for each person, and that had to be a nine-digit number since for most people the ID is the same as their Social Security number.

Welfare spokeswoman Michal Regunberg said the department issued its own control numbers, which started with a three-digit prefix not used by the Social Security Administration.

As a result, this illegal immigrant has a driver’s license and, according to his boss, he even got a tax refund check last year from his illegal tax return!

Here’s my question: Why is ICE deporting Obama now? Sure he’s here illegally and was driving drunk, but so what? As Governor Patrick and Mayor Menino have both explicitly stated, illegal immigrants should NOT be deported for such minor crimes. Nicolas Guaman had done far worse, and Gov. Patrick says today that not deporting him before he killed Matthew Denice was still the right thing to do.

So why are they picking on Uncle O?

Actually this is a rhetorical question. Nobody believes for a second that this illegal Obama is going to be deported any more than the previous one. In Massachusetts, politics always triumphs the law.
