No disagreement there, though it would be better to see Covid as a minor bug, like the flu, with fewer consequences than the flu. As I have said before my only big exception to institutional mask and vaccine mandates may be in the health care field. I went for a tooth cleaning yesterday and “as usual” the patient can’t wear a mask (open wide) but the dental hygienist certainly did.

More bullets to stockpile with decent like minded people aligned toward a goal of establishing some kind of local ‘zone’ of safety is what I’d envision as the most likely scenario, or at least I’d hope for it. I still think most people are decent and that that decency is core to who they are as people. I think I’m calamity proof decent, my decency would endorse , and I’m not special so it stands to reason decent people would continue to be decent. 

So in Canada nothing would change, we still live in igloos dunchaknow..
