    "Ch'ella mi creda" is one of my favorite arias, and Minnie is my favorite operatic heroine. She's independent, strong, yet warm, and she stands by her man. Did you know that Andrew Lloyd Webber was influenced by La Fanciulla and you can hear strains of this opera in "Music of the Night" from The Phantom of the Opera. Pat Santos
