Cinnamon-Apple Panckaes

Bowl one:

1 and 1/4 cups flour

2 tablespoon sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

1 and 1/3 cups milk

2 and 1/4 tablespoons water

1/4 cup chopped nuts

Bowl two:

2 tablespoons applesauce

1 tablespoon cinnamon

Combine the two bowls at the end. :cool:

My mom used to make this for breakfast on Sunday mornings. It would always keep us both going until after class even when it was our day to teach the activity!!!
