WE WERE RIGHT: Jan-6er Defense Attorney Confirms the US Capitol Magnetic Columbus Doors Were Opened from the Inside

The magnetic doors on the US Capitol on January 6, 2021 — opened from the inside. In May 2021 a member of the Oath Keepers called The Gateway Pundit to tell us his story of the January 6th protests and...

Quote

According to this American patriot, who is a US Marine veteran who worked overseas at a US Embassy, the doors on the US Capitol are electronically controlled magnetic locked doors. And someone inside the security booth at the US Capitol opened the doors!

So who authorized that?

One thing is for sure.

The FBI, the Capitol Police, the House Kangaroo Kommitte on 1/6 and all the other predator class goons have no interest in asking the question, much less getting to who did it.

Fortunately for the country, there are others who are interested...

Joe Rogan is in for a nasty, nasty, nasty waking up.

He just put out a comment on the controversy by trying to find a middle ground.

He is going to find out the hard way that the people attacking him do not want compromise or middle grounds. At first they wanted compliance, but now they want his destruction.

They are going to take his comments as a sign of weakness and go more and more after him than they did before.

I believe the best policy with these bullies would have been for him to say that he does his show his way, he talks to people of all kinds of perspectives, people watch his show because they like it, and if anyone is demanding that he change to a more censored view, they can go fuck themselves.

But he didn't do that. So now he's in for a real rough time and a ton load of feeling betrayed.

After that, maybe he should learn from people like Rand Paul.

Rand does it right.

Ethan Van Sciver, agrees with you. (Van Sciver is a comic book artist, but was also the illustrator for Jordan Peterson's 12 RULES FOR LIFE. After the "cancel culture" mob came for Van Sciver for voting Trump, he got advice from Peterson to not apologize or buckle to the mob, so he knows a thing or two about it...he started his own successful business independently, based on crowd-funding.)

Judge dismisses Jan. 6 cases against Giuliani and Don Jr., not Trump

"In lawsuits filed by Reps. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) and Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.) to hold Donald Trump and allies liable for damages stemming from Jan. 6, a judge has dismissed the cases against two defendants — Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani and former first son Donald Trump Jr. — while allowing most parts of the cases against the former president to proceed."

Here's a guy from the New Your Times explaining to a hot date how Jan. 6 was mostly tourists, there was no real danger from what he saw there, the media and politicians are essentially fabricating the narrative, there were a ton of FBI informants present, etc.

He should know. He's one of the people writing the phony stories.

James O'Keefe is doing a wonderful job of catching these motherfuckers.

And while this asshole sits in a restaurant getting drunk and bragging to a hot date what a fraud it all is and how he's so above it all, there are real people, innocent people, languishing in jail and being railroaded by the judicial system because of this false narrative.

I normally have pity on someone who gets caught and sentenced. But when the reckoning comes to these assholes, and it will, I am going to enjoy watching them fall and be ruined and disgraced.

Well... At least in the beginning. If I know me, my mush side will probably kick in after a while and I might start feeling bad for them.

But not in the beginning. And if I feel any stirrings in that directions, I will override them and force myself to enjoy it.

Ultimately, this Jan. 6 riot crap will go down in history as just one more false flag event by the Deep State.

(btw - What really concerns me is that the Deep State learned, in practice, not just theory, what cowards American politicians in Washington are when their own personal butts are on the line, even if the threat is nothing but a bogey man story. There are a few exceptions, but that's all. And that's not a good lesson for the Deep State to learn,)

She’s confused.  According to Politico, Judge Howell thinks prosecutors appear “almost schizophrenic” by describing the insurrection in violent and extreme terms but then taking plea deals for second-tier misdemeanors.

:)

The show will get nasty, but I predict, in the end, a hard reckoning is coming for the power abusers.

btw - Steven Bannon has a cute phrase for what is coming up short term. Notice that all the people persecuting MAGA people (like in the January 6 bullshit) keep yapping on and on and on about saving democracy. Steve says just look at what is happening all across America. In November, the power abusers are going to get all the democracy their little hearts desire. They are going to get a "democracy suppository."

Take a look at this crap.

Basically, through smartphone pings, you can draw a circle around an area and pick up everyone who goes through that area.

This is one of the ways law enforcement went after all the Jan. 6 MAGA people.

Now get this. Law enforcement has been doing this process for quite a while. Marketing companies have been getting this data, too. This kind of people tracking goes back years.

So did law enforcement use this process on looking into the 2020 election fraud?

Nope.

Law enforcement had this data and sat on it.

Fortunately, other people have come across this data and started producing movies, reports and so on...

:)

btw - A geotracking fence using this technology was set up around the Capitol by our dear intelligence community goons BEFORE Jan 6 in order to find people who were likely to attend the Trump rally.

Likely.

Think about that...

I have seen a lot of footage that is currently being withheld from the public that proves what the lawyer is asking for. By withholding it, the predator class can try to keep a narrative going about a violent insurrection on Jan. 6, 2021. But the narrative is fake.

Now there is an effort to get crowdsourced material to show how fake that narrative is. And this crowdsourcing is sidestepping around law enforcement and politicians. I assume a lot of this material will be presented in court.

The article above is very good. It goes into who Ticktin is among other things.

Here is the image of Tictin's official letter.

So the assholes in government can keep there evidence under seal. There is plenty more out there. Almost everybody had a smartphone at the January 6, 2021 rally. A hell of lot of those people filmed using their smartphone camera.

Is there any doubt many did not have contact with authorities to hand over what they filmed simply because they were disgusted with the authorities acting like third world banana republic goons?

Well, now a huge amount of this material will be in the hands of Trump's people after this drive to get it.

This is disturbing.

The following quote is me back in January quoting Wikipedia.

Here is the Epoch Times video of Boyland's death. It is a series of video clips edited together to give a correct timeline of events. The whole thing is 4 minutes long.

It shows Boyland falling down after the Capitol Police push the crowd, Capitol Police Officer Lila Morris hitting Boyland hard with what looks to me like a tree branch (raising it above her head and swinging it down) several times while Boyland was unconscious, the tree branch being knocked out of the officer's hand, Boyland being dragged away from the CPD officers by protestors, then Boyland being dragged by the CPD officers to inside the Capitol where they unsuccessfully tried to revive her with CPR and other measures.

It's brutal.

Watch at your own discretion.

From the article:

Quote

Newly obtained bodycam footage was released this week showing a never before seen angle of Capitol Police Officer Lila Morris violently beating an already unconscious Rosanne Boyland at the US Capitol on January 6, 2021.  The video was released by The Epoch Times on Friday.

In the video, Morris can be clearly seen using a large wooden stick to club Boyland three times, with blows landing on the head and body as she lay motionless on the ground. Despite countless bystanders screaming for her to stop her vicious assault, Morris continued until the wooden stick was jarred from her hand by a protester who intervened.

“Please stop pepper-spraying! Her lungs are full of it!” one protester screamed in horror.

“Please they’re trying to save somebody!” another yelled. “She’s gonna die! She’s gonna die!”

Ignoring all the frantic pleas to stop, the police can be seen charging ahead, swinging clubs, and pushing the crowd down the steps.

. . .

In addition to the video showing the attack, the Epoch Times also released never before seen video of what happened when Boyland’s condition was taken seriously by CPD officers, who eventually *emphasis added* pulled Boyland out of the mob to administer medical assistance.  This was only after Trump supporters dragged her body away from the officers as they continued their assault on Boyland and the crowd.

Several J6 defendants were later arrested after they fought back against the police following Boyland’s death.

As the video shows, Officers later dragged Boyland into the outdoor corridor where they briefly worked on her before bringing her inside. After she is brought in, an officer can be heard asking if Boyland is dead while medics begin performing CPR and using the defibrillator; they worked for fifteen minutes before transferring her to an ambulance and she was pronounced dead at the hospital just over an hour later.

It sure looks like Boyland was killed by the Capitol Police--with a tree branch. That way the markings on Boyland's don't look like they were made with billy clubs. From the video, the blows were hard and vicious.

Here are a couple of screenshots I took from the video and annotated. Both are very near the same time.

image.png

image.png

To be fair, Boyland's death probably involved several factors including excessive pepper spray, being trampled, etc. But is there any doubt that repeated thwacking by Officer Harris contributed at the very least?

Now, to comment on Wikipedia's snarky observation, I have yet to see amphetamines administered through a beating with a wooden club while unconscious.

Anyone notice I'm not covering the House snooze circus tonight?

I'm mentioning it, but nothing will come of anything there.

Let the propagandists, gotcha people, video editors, spin meisters and others like that have fun.

The Dems will be out of office soon and MAGA will be in, including Trump.

Today's event will be lucky to become a footnote in history.

I have my doubts it will make it. With one caveat. Maybe a later investigation under MAGA will open up the fraud behind that committee and there will be convictions, which is a strong possibility.

What? Even Rachel Maddow Isn’t Drinking the J6 Committee’s Kool-Aid

Excerpt:

"But perhaps even worse for the J6 Committee was that not even left-wing firebrand Rachel Maddow was buying their narrative. She even admitted that the Trump rally did not directly cause the breaching of the Capitol.

“'Yes, there was a pro-Trump rally, at which the President spoke, and we can absolutely talk about all the things the President said there. But the idea that that rally is the thing that got out of hand and that somehow resulted in the breaching of the Capitol—that rally was very far from the capital, and the people who […] did the initial breach that allowed everybody else to come in, they never went to that rally.'”

TG,

I watched a little of Liz Cheney speaking about the constitution and things like that as part of her show on this committee.

Have you noticed an Uncanny Valley effect when she speaks?

I do.

She looks like a normal person. She opens her mouth and speaks like a normal person. Her voice is a bit whiney, but nothing grotesque or damaged. And I understand the words that come out of her mouth.

But for the life of me, I cannot find a relationship between those words and the person who says them. It's like there's a Deep Fake of Liz Cheney speaking the opposite of what she stands for.

It's creepy.

They can talk about the poor suffering Ukrainians and big bad bully Putin who is dying, too. Maybe even send some more money over there. It never arrives, but who cares? Perception is reality...

From AP: . . . Pence was at his residence at the Naval Observatory the morning of Jan. 6 when he spoke a final time with Trump, who was joined in the Oval Office by his daughter Ivanka and Pence's national security adviser, Keith Kellogg. During the call, in the 11 o'clock hour, Trump berated Pence, chastising him for not being tough enough to go along with the scheme, according to Kellogg’s testimony to the committee. Pence then headed to the Capitol to oversee the counting of the Electoral College votes.

But first Pence made official his decision. In a letter addressed to his colleagues in Congress, Pence explained why he couldn't go along with Trump's plan. “It is my considered judgment that my oath to support and defend the Constitution constrains me from claiming unilateral authority to determine which electoral votes should be counted and which should not,” he wrote . . . .

Peter,

I wish Pence would stop lying.

He was not asked to claim unilateral authority to determine anything. He was asked to fulfill his role strictly as given in law. He had full right and power--in law--to grant the states that wanted more time to verify the legitimacy of their electoral votes. The law could not be clearer about that and procedure was followed to the letter in presenting the request.

It's so frustrating to look at the law and read it when it says the VP can do XXX.

Then Pence comes out and, in the face of such clear language, says the law does not permit him to do XXX.

Who does he think he is? CNN or MSNBC? :)

Under the law, he had discretion to choose what he would do. And he chose. He did not break any law, nor would he have broken a law had he chose otherwise. He was not prohibited by law from granting the extra time.

Here's what I see.

Somebody in the neocon backstage promised him he would become president one day if he chose "wisely." That's about as evident as the nose on my face. So he chose "wisely" (as he had the legal authority to do) and told everyone he had no choice.

The best I can give Pence is that he got a humongous case of chickenshit and choked. But I lean toward the other version where he knew what he was doing, chose, then lied about having a choice.

I always thought lying was a sin to a self-described Christian, though.

No matter. Pence's career in elective politics is over.

Most of the time, you need people to vote for you to win elections. And winning without voters, well that boat has already passed for Pence. Stealing elections has become very difficult in America right now.

So there's nobody left to vote for Pence except Bill Kristol's crowd. Not even the Dems would ever vote for Pence for anything.

He has become as toxic voter-wise as Liz Cheney.
