Fraud and Context in the 2020 USA Elections

Lin Wood had a rally yesterday in South Carolina, where he's running for Chair of the state GOP.  (He changed his official residence from Georgia to South Carolina in February this year.)

Lin is a night owl and often posts during the wee hours, often with Bible quotes.

In the current context, this, which he posted a little after midnight, gave me a thrill down the spine:

Quote

Stand.

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.”

- Ephesians 6:12-13

BREAKING – IT’S HAPPENING! Arizona Election Workers are Running Ultra-Violet Ballot Testing on Maricopa Ballots

"As we reported previously — Inventor and data analyst Jovan Hutton Pulitzer has a process and the patents surrounding the process where he can identify fraudulent ballots based on the paper used, creases in the paper, the ink on the forms, and other characteristics. Pulitzer can identify fraudulent votes, which will ultimately result in the accurate results of the 2020 election when only valid votes are accounted for."

Dear Lord, let the good guys win!

Ellen,

Here is a feel-good video for you. And I bet this will be the first time a video of Rachel Maddow talking about anything will be a feel-good video to you. It's only under 3 minutes, and I know you have your eye problem, but if you can find a way to watch this one, I believe you will find it well worth the effort. A transcription is not enough. You have to see the facial expressions. Maddow gets near tears in the middle a few times,

(Frankly, to me and many others, it's almost like porn. I've watched it 5 times so far. And I hardly ever watch porn. :) )

Bannon: Rachel Maddow is Worried About What AZ Election Audit Will Find

image.png

The queen of fake news media is openly admitting that the Arizona audit is going to be a huge problem now that it is going to be carried out and that she's scared silly.

It's hilarious how she tries to stop it with adjectives only.

And it's not hard to infer that she is saying the Dems are cornered and about to be busted big time for election fraud. She's even scared about the charge that Biden is an illegitimate president.

If there's anyone who would know about backstage cheating by the Dems that would make the audit meaningless, she would. And it would come across in smugness. But there is no smugness in this take.

Steve Bannon, who comes on right after, has a big shit-eating grin on his face.

The following video came out at the end of April. The copy below is on Bitchute, but it is already up at Mike's new social media platform Frank (frankspeech.com), although not in a way that is easy to embed. On Frank, this video runs 24/7 and has been seen there by millions and millions of people.

Absolute Evidence

I just now put this up in the opening post.

This video is well worth watching. A large part is with Mike Lindell and Gen. Michael Flynn. A couple of experts are also featured. And plenty of clips of other people speaking and b-roll, of course. This documentary is mostly new information, solid proof information, of election fraud that will withstand the scrutiny of any forensic expert.

I'm a little late in putting this up because I wanted to see the thing first. I just finished and it's fantastic. I highly recommend it.

Mike's strategy is an interesting one. He is going to be dripping out documentaries and information, each time with all new information, and pumping the hell out of it everywhere he can. He wants the public to see it. Once that happens enough (and it will as this thing grows), it will reach a point where lawsuits that make it to the Supreme Court will have to be heard. And easily decided.

Obviously, there are no guarantees, but this strategy will make it awfully uncomfortable for SCOTUS to ignore it based on standing and whatnot.

I didn’t watch the video.  The eye problem's getting to be really painful.  Not worth the aftermath to see Rachel Maddow squirm.  But agreed that her being distressed instead of smug bodes well.

Aaaaaaaaaaaand... the audit shall go on.

There was a hiccup where the Dems produced a way to make the judge recuse himself and they put in a judge so much on their team, there was a conflict of interest. But who cares about details like that anymore with the US justice system?

Anyway, for some damn reason the US justice system held true.

BREAKING: FEAR-MONGERING FAIL! — Arizona Court Rules Maricopa County Audit Will Go On – No Temporary Restraining Order!

:)

This case is so visible and the backroom connections are so public, I bet the new judge knew he would fall on his sword and probably be prosecuted if he ruled in favor of the TRO (Temporary Restraining Order).

William,

I need to look it up to get the names and the positions (when I'm tired, my memory is like Swiss cheese), but basically Marc Elias took a bunch a lawyers (I've read over 70 and I've read over 100) to Arizona to try whatever they could to stop the audit. They ended up finding a lawyer who had a close relationship with the judge in some manner or other and turned the case over to him.

When he showed up, the judge was kinda forced to recuse himself for conflict of interest.

Then there was a bunch of shenanigans backstage to make sure the new replacement judge was friendly to the idea of stopping the audit. They picked a doozy, too. One who had been appointed by Janet Napolitano. (See the story of what went on backstage here.)

But the new judge could not find any sense to a restraining order (and probably did not want to be bothered by a legal shitstorm and public outcry), so he ruled in favor of letting the audit run. Granted, the Dems are now making a shitstorm against him personally, but at least it's only yelling. It's nothing that could get him fired or put in jail.

Maricopa audit judge recusal claims ...

[B]asically Marc Elias took a bunch a lawyers (I've read over 70 and I've read over 100) to Arizona to try whatever they could to stop the audit. They ended up finding a lawyer who had a close relationship with the judge in some manner or other and turned the case over to him.

From ABC15 in Phoenix, on April 25:

Late Sunday night, a Maricopa County Superior Court judge was forced to remove himself from presiding over a case challenging the election audit underway at Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum.

Judge Christopher Coury said his recusal came after receiving new documents from attorneys defending Cyber Ninja's, the company that was hired by Arizona Senate Republicans to conduct the audit.

Quote

When he showed up, the judge was kinda forced to recuse himself for conflict of interest.

... In the documents filed today, several attorneys appeared whose names previously were not on notices of appearance prior to Friday’s hearing. That is not surprising, given the short fuse in which the hearings have proceeded. The involvement of one attorney whose name appeared on the filings for the first time today requires me to recuse," said Coury, in an email to attorneys representing all parties in the case.

The evul Elias does not appear to have caused the recusal, if we can believe the word of Coury.

To my eyes, the main takeaway from the court yesterday is that Cyberninjas cannot shield its audit procedures from the public or the media ... in a win for transparecy

William,

My mistake.

The Superhero Elias is championing transparency.

He never works backstage with bribes or threats or payoffs. He only works through the courts in the light of day...

Riiiiiight...

Hey. Are you in the market for a bridge or a public monument? I can get you some great deals and I accept Bitcoin...

:)

btw - Here's how the news went out when it went out:

Arizona judge recuses himself from ballot audit case less than 24 hrs before scheduled hearing

Quote

A municipal county judge overseeing disputes involving a Republican state Senate-led audit of 2.1 million ballots cast in Maricopa County during the 2020 election recused himself from the case on Sunday after the firm contracted to conduct the audit retained a lawyer who once clerked for him.

New judge assigned to oversee challenge to GOP vote audit in Arizona

Quote

A new judge was assigned on Monday to oversee a closely watched legal challenge to the GOP-led election audit in Arizona after the judge originally hearing the case withdrew from the case.

The case was reassigned to Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Daniel G. Martin hours after Judge Christopher Coury recused himself from the case due to the involvement of an attorney who had worked as an extern in his office within the last five years.

So I over-generalized about the role of the lawyer. So what? I said I was going on a faulty memory. I'm not in the mood to spend time and effort over this crap since it will not make a difference to anything but try to paint Marc Elias as a good guy or unfairly accused party or whatever. I'm not going to treat an effort like that seriously. Marc Elias is garbage. He's a moral sewer.

I didn't know that part about Cyber Ninjas and I can't seem to find why they wanted the policies & procedures documents to be submitted to the court, but held under seal. I imagine it has more to do with the media shit show than with trying to hide dastardly malfeasance. Maybe a way to curtail the Democrat's frivolous lawsuit delaying tactics.

But that spin (sleazy Cyber Ninjas) is what I noticed in your comment:

4 hours ago, william.scherk said:

I'm not going to let that pass without comment. (But to be fair, I'm glad you supplemented the information.)

You see, Cyber Ninjas is not hiding its audit procedures from anyone. The documents are filed in court (or available to be filed in court--I'm just not going to waste a lot of time digging into court minutia) and the physical audit procedures are being carried out this very moment in front of anyone and everyone who wants to look through real-time social media watchers. In fact, social media watchers galore. The audit procedures--in action--are being recorded by nine different cameras from nine different angles 24/7, too.

Still, I agree with the judge. I think the policies & procedures documents need to be made public regardless of the reason Cyber Ninjas wants them sealed. There should not be a single blemish of doubt in the public eye about what is going on. Once the sheer amount of corruption, counterfeit ballots, illegal voters, and so on are presented to the Arizona Senate in the audit report, the media shit show will be one of the most massive in American history, seeing how this will start the chain of legally sound and solid events that will take down the entire Biden administration.

So the results of the audit have to be without fault, or even appearance of fault, because accusations of fault are going to be howled to the four winds mercilessly in a spectacle of fake news laced with bile and vituperation that will be a sight to see.

And don't forget the violence and rioting from the left...

Arizona. Arizona. Arizona.

Dear Patriots,

It has been a new world every day in Arizona.

Despite every conceivable roadblock, legal motion and hearings,
THE most historic and unprecedented audit of American ballots is still happening, at least at this moment. And it is on track to be completed by the deadline.

The Left is throwing the kitchen sink at this audit.
Our fellow Patriots in Arizona from their Senate, to the Grassroots, have remained strong and unwavering in the face of all the usual threats, name calling and legal tricks. The Drive By Media is fit to be tied and doing their best to fool the American people into thinking that the audit is just a bunch of nuts doing something crazy.

The Republican Party (RNC) is doing NOTHING to help. They are mute and sitting on the side lines as strong Republican State Senators, the Republican Grassrooters, the auditors, and honest attorneys and judges are fighting like champs.

What are all of these people so afraid of? What do THEY think the audit will find? Why would all of them not want to prove that the election was clean and without fraud and that Joe Biden won fair and square? Why are they fighting so hard to take away our right to look at the results?

By the way, many of those fighting are NOT Republicans or Trump supporters. They are PATRIOTS fighting for fraud-free elections!

21 Million ballots are being reviewed, scanned and studied, representing 65% of all the votes in whole state of Arizona. The audit is totally public. It is being filmed with nine cameras, 24/7. You can watch this happening live here: DefendingTheRepublic.org

We encourage you to follow the audit closely. It is extraordinary and historic and will have massive impact on our country and our future.

Here are some ways to keep up:
--Listen or watch Steve Bannon's daily podcast: War Room Get it where ever you get your podcast.

--Download the App TELEGRAM and follow Arizona Conservatives Take Action, @SidneyPowell, and The Professor's Record (this is Dr. David Clements and he has been working hard on election integrity). You will get up to the minute information and ways you can help.

—Watch it live here: DefendingTheRepublic.org

Defending The Republic is proud to support the Arizona Audit. We look forward to supporting this process as it moves to other states. You have helped us do that with your donations and support. THANK YOU!

GOOD NEWS TO ARM YOU

1- Maricopa County Arizona is not the only place in the state fighting. Parents in Vail, Arizona rose up and got their entire school board to resign!  Then they elected a new board who immediately reversed a mask mandate on their children!

You will NOT read about this much in the Drive By News.
Check out the details here:

2- We all suspected this, right? Well, here is the proof! Big Tech worked in coordination with the Biden campaign to suppress information about the candidate.

QUOTE: "These new documents suggest a conspiracy against the First Amendment rights of Americans by the California Secretary of State, the Biden campaign operation, and Big Tech," Tom Fitton, President of Judicial Watch said. "These documents blow up the big lie that Big Tech censorship is 'private'—as the documents show collusion between a whole group of government officials in multiple states to suppress speech about election controversies."

3- A colorful reality check. What's happening to Kamala Harris?

Kamala's Not Looking So Good Lately

QUOTE: I suspect Mrs. Harris doesn't have to keep pretending to be second in line to the head of the Executive Branch of government  for much longer.  Every Democrat with any self-awareness at all is defecating in his pantaloons over the Arizona audit, over which they have lost control and they know it.  If it turns out the way the red half of the country expects it to, the Dems are cooked.  Next up will be Pennsylvania, then Michigan, then Wisconsin, then Georgia.  Then there will be a countrywide, eardrum-bursting shriek of despair as the blue half of the country swoons and faints because that means (oh, the horror!) that Trump actually did win the 2020 election, and there will be a constitutional cataclysm the likes of which this country has never seen.

If a fraudulent vote is proven in one or more states, what will happen? Well, it ain’t gunna happen if any of the scenarios below happens. . . unless . . . (a two thirds house majority votes for nullification) happens. Am I wrong? It ain't gunna happen. But it will tar Biden's Presidency. Peter

Answers from Quora: Can the US nullify a presidential election? Hayden Finch. Sure it can! It's actually not that difficult. All you have to do is get someone in the House of Representatives to propose an Amendment to the Constitution providing for the means to nullify an election. The Speaker of the House refers the proposed Amendment to a committee, comprised of 20 to 40 Representatives. In a Republican controlled House, there will be more Republicans on said committee than Democrats. This committee decides on whether or not the Bill for Amendment will reach the floor for discussion and a vote. It's a simple majority decision, so at least 21 of, say, 40 committee members must vote yes, or the proposed Amendment is dead right then. If the Amendment does get to the floor for a vote, at least 2/3rds of the House must vote to approve the Amendment. 291 of the 435 members have to vote yes on the Amendment, or it dies on the House floor. Assuming the House votes yes, the same percentages apply in the Senate. For the Amendment to pass the Senate, no less than 67 out of the 100 US Senators must vote to approve the Amendment. Any less than 67, and the Amendment is dead. Assuming the Amendment is approved by both Houses of Congress, you're still not done. Now each of the 50 state legislatures must also vote on the new Amendment. Unfortunately, a 2/3rds majority isn't good enough here. For the Amendment to be approved, a 3/4ths majority of state legislatures must vote to approve the new Amendment. Those numbers? 38 of the 50 state legislatures must vote yes to approve the Amendment for it to pass. Less than 38 yes votes, and the Amendment is dead in the water. See, like I said, that's not so difficult, is it? Best of luck to you on this exciting political venture!

Bill Myers/ Former Congressional staffer, speechwriter, pundit. This has never happened and there doesn’t seem to be any way for an election to be declared null and void. However, an election can be rendered null and void by the concerted action of the Electoral College and the United States Congress. Here’s how. For a candidate to be elected President, he must receive a majority of votes in the Electoral College. Ordinarily, electors vote in line with the popular votes cast in their state. However, they are not required to do so by the U.S. Constitution or by Federal Law. Enter the “Faithless Elector,” that is, a member of the Electoral College who fails to . . .

Smiley Face. Another consequence of “proven Presidential election fraud” or a “miscount” could mean the 2022 midterm elections will favor Republicans. And the 2024 Presidential election will favor the one person most harmed by that “error.” Hmmm? Who could that be?

Some upbeat song lyrics from Michael Jackson and Quincy Jones! . . . Come on and ease on down, ease on down the road. Come on and ease on down, ease on down the road. Don't you carry nothing that might be a load. Come on, ease on down, ease on down, down the road . . . . And Bobby McFerrin! Here's a little song I wrote. You might want to sing it note for note. Don't worry be happy. In every life we have some trouble. But when you worry you make it double. Don't worry be happy. Don't worry be happy.

Some more fun news for gamblers and former Ditto Heads, That Guy? The Mega Millions. “They say” if you take the cash option you only take home 55 percent of that, after taxes. However that still equals $120,000,000.00 or one hundred and twenty million dollars to those of you from Rio Linda who like it objectively spelled out. Is the anticipation worth two bucks? The next drawing is tonight, Friday, April 30, 2021.

CALLER: Okay. The second thing was that I was at the rally, and I’m very frustrated with all the nonsense going on now. And I really need some levity, so I was hoping you would give us the backstory on Rio Linda.

RUSH: Why do I dump on Rio Linda? Well, because when I moved to Sacramento in ’84, I was driving around. I needed to get familiar with the area ’cause I’m gonna be doing a radio show there. So I need to get to know the area. I’m driving through this town. The population sign didn’t have a number on it. Nobody will admit to living there, and then I’m driving around. They’ve got cars with no tires on the porch, on the front porch, and you got washers and dryers on the front. I said, “What is this place?” and I offered to move. I offered to move there if they would rename it “Limbaugh, California.” I offered to move there to rename it to raise property values, and they rejected me. So that’s that. That’s the backstory of Rio Linda. If they woulda just renamed it “Limbaugh,” I would have moved there, and there would have never been any jokes about it.
