I believe we're crossed the Rubicon (or close enough, too close for comfort: how close does it have to be be???) of the conditions Ayn Rand outlined to declare the government a dictatorship. A March 2021 unclassified threat assessment prepared by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), Department of Justice, and DHS, noted that domestic violent extremists “who are motivated by a range of ideologies and galvanized by recent political and societal events in the United States pose an elevated threat to the Homeland in 2021.”3 The assessment pointed to newer “sociopolitical developments such as narratives of fraud in the recent general election, the emboldening impact of the violent breach of the U.S. Capitol, conditions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, and conspiracy theories promoting violence” that “will almost certainly spur some [domestic violent extremists] [sic] to try to engage in violence this year.”4 Over half of the US population question the results of the 2020 presidential election. The left tries to use every crisis or defunct crisis to expand their power, but it's not going to happen. The elections in November 2022 will cement the opposition's constitutional position and Trump's electoral return to the Presidency . . . but as I said . . . stop with the jokes about a human rights catastrophe in Ukraine, President Trump . . . and get serious . . . yeah, yeah. Michael Stuart Kelly Posted March 15, 2022 Share Posted March 15, 2022 I am finally reading The Real Anthony Fauci: Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. That's a referral link, but it goes to the Kindle version which is only $3. Yup. Three bucks. That's all. I am about one fourth the way through and all I can say is: Oh my God. This is much worse than I thought. I put off reading this book because it was touted to have thousands of footnotes and I thought reading a long book written in academic style was up there with root canals as fun. But Kennedy writes in layperson style. So it's an easy read, albeit a long one. And one tedious aspect, but necessary in today's culture, happens when Kennedy makes a point. He then illustrates it with a gazillion proven examples taken from the scientific literature and establishment-credible organizations like science institutions. If you like lists, generally with each item commented on, this is the book for you. For reading rather than listening to the audio (which is what I am doing), the lists make for better skimming. After a list gets boring, just jump to the next section. But for audio, it's tedious. You have to listen to the whole damn thing. I'm still doing it, though. I'll write more about this book later, or I might make a compilation of salient points from reviews. But for now, there is one fact that is so grave, I have to mention it as a warning. If you ever have a chance to use Remdesivir, or if your doctor or hospital wants you to take it, run, don't walk away. Get the hell out of there. This drug is the same as snake oil of olden times and it is as expensive as all hell. (Guess who owns it? Yup. Fauci.) Kennedy shows through a countless collection of lab results, facts and stats from the USA and all over the world that this drug is not only NOT effective for the coronavirus, it is toxic all by itself. And Kennedy goes into this toxicity in a lot of detail. A huge number of people have died from using this drug and their deaths have been sort-of covered up through different means of misreporting and massaging the records. That fact that Remdesivir is FDA approved for treating COVID-19--and is on the market at all--is going to come out as one of the greatest medical crimes in history. My wife thought she heard that Barack and Michelle got the Pfizer but I could not confirm that. I think a fourth shot may be coming for most Americans as time goes by. Is this a new variant or is the vaccine just wearing off? Does Obama have a weakened immune system? I am sure he will make the facts known during the next week. I try not to mingle more than necessary. Someone said during a visit to an eye doctor (stretched out appointments only) masks were required but one person was coughing a lot and that was disturbing. Peter Posted March 17, 2022 Author Share Posted March 17, 2022 I went to a dermatologist to get a biopsy of a spot on my nose (#$%^&&& ouch! wear that zinc oxide on your nose lifeguards.) The admitting lady had a mask on, and I had one in my pocket but didn't wear it . . . at all . . . and the nurse and doctor did not wear a mask. No one asked about my vaccination status either.
