If a governor endorses you and you are a candidate, unless you are Ted Cruz in Texas, you might as well move on to the next state. It used to be that a state governor would have the delegates pledged to him/her as a favorite son/daughter and this would empower the delegation to go to the convention in a position to make good deals for their delegates. I wonder when that changed and is this trend this year another example of the collapse of the party pigs who still want to get fat from the public trough...
