Democrap or Republican?

Saw this on a forum...don't remember which:

Little Johnny was in class one day and the teacher asked for everyone that was a democrat to raise their hands. Everyone raised their hands except little Johnnie.

"Johnny," the teacher said, "Why didn't you raise your hand?"

"Because I'm not a democrat," Johnnie said.

"Why not," said the teacher?

" My father is a republican, my mother is a republican, and that makes me a republican," Johnny said.

"Well," said the teacher, "What would you be if your father was a moron and your mother was an imbecile?"

"Well," Johnny said, "I'd be a democrat and would have raised my hand like all the rest of them did."
