Aw shucks, “Ninth and Only” calls to mind “One and Only”…

Far as I know, I'm 910 now. The OL software is unable (dare I say, unwilling?) to display my proper age, hence the blank out. Good thing I'm not one of David Icke's reptiles:

Daunce: er,... screw who? Is this a gender-free suggestion?...... just asking.

Ninth,...

How many more incarnations....before the Good Doctor arrives at a world that takes freedom seriously?

Wish you many more incarnations. Whatever it takes!

Happy Birthday!

Many happy returns of the day, ND!!

I'm a day late, but I'm gonna make up for it:

Here's Munich Weisswurst with pretzel extra for you: http://www.worldhum....unich_20070626/

Served together with beer of course, in the typical dimpled mug: http://www.google.de...,r:9,s:24,i:176

Bavarian brass band birthday flourish for our ND!! http://www.google.de...,r:9,s:24,i:176

Does a birthday have meaning to someone who counts centuries?

Here's to many more and good luck in your ongoing war against the mindless shells that have been imprinted by copy/paste mode to achieve perfection.

What? I'm talking about the cybermen.

I’ve never had weisswurst for breakfast, let alone with beer and a pretzel, this is all news to me. Usually hotels in Munich come with a breakfast buffet as part of the deal, and there’ll be Nuremberg sausages to go with your eggs and black bread, but weisswurst? If it was there, I don’t recall seeing it and I didn’t partake. Being a vegetarian, I assume you don’t partake either, unless they’ve started making tofu weisswurst. And imagine passing up Bavarian coffee in favor of beer at breakfast? When more than ample quantities will be on tap for lunch and dinner. Weird. I did once go to Dallmayr for breakfast when I had a train to catch, and had just oysters and coffee, an odd breakfast to be sure.

I didn't pay much attention to the text as I was mainly looking for photos showing weisswurst/pretzel/beer.

The mere thought of having weisswurst and beer for breakfast makes my stomach churn, lol - although the guy who wrote the text seems to like it.

But having weisswurst and beer at a traditional inn as a 'second meal' a few hours after breakfast (but still before lunch) is not unusual.

Being a vegetarian, I assume you don’t partake either, unless they’ve started making tofu weisswurst.

Even in my pre-vegetarian times, I didn't really like weisswurst, and still can't understand why many people are so crazy about it.

It doesn’t have much character to it. What I really go for is the Schweinehaxen. I arrived once in Munich and I forget the time of day, but for me it was breakfast time, I flew in direct and I think it was a red eye. Anyway, I got to Marienplatz and made a beeline for one of the places I’d been before, Dosel or something, I’m drawing a blank right now, but anyway I right away got me the Schweinehaxen with beer and potato dumplings. I'm getting misty eyed just thinking about it.

Here’s where I actually went yesterday.

Not pricey at all, and it always hits the spot.

I suppose it was the famous "Donisl" on Marienplatz:

Actually X, except for the bacon of course you would love it too. How about we pencil it in after our tea with Tony in Toronto?

I'm game! Hmm, pancakes with maple syrup, and Oka cheese omelette - sounds good! I love having a substantial breakfast that fuels my energy for the day.

"Tea with Tony in Toronto" sounds good too! Nice alliteration! :)

That's it! I knew it started with a D and so on, and that Dosel wasn't quite right.
