A British runner, whose name I forget, suffered an injury in his Olympic heat and collapsed. His father charged through security and onto the track and helped him across the finish line.I thought, that is Eddie, If either of his sons had come to that situation, he would have done exactly the same thing.His son's facebook recently, shout outed to fathers who are fathers and not just baby daddys. he said he hopes to be a father like his own someday.I think he will be.

Selene Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 Carol...You want tears...a double amputee since he was one (1) year old, yesterday he ran the Olympic four hundred meter race and qualified for the finals!!!!Even in French this is absolutely beautiful! South African, GO TONY!, Oscar Pistorius, the interview, in English begins at about six (6) minutes in... Here is a fourteen (14) minute story about how he forged forward even after his mother's death when he was a teenager...Beautiful story!Adam
