The real "tragedy" with Michael Jackson is that he was never blessed with the opportunity to read PARC. Had this transpired, he would have discovered that the lethal drug issues that took his life were rooted in the Brandens. I'm not a fan of Ed McMahon's music, but I've always thought his type of pop was harmless, unlike the raucous roaring racket of the rubbish that people listen to these days. There's no denying he was gifted and that he had a magnetism which made him stand out from his brothers from the start. He was both rewarded and persecuted for his talent and eccentric charisma.
