It's three weeks into the Occupy Wall Street Putsch Protest and there are countless complaints about the filth. One guy even crapped on a police car.

Have no fear. Our military has been training for the job.

And from the looks of it, I think they are ready to be deployed.

His act was discourteous and disgusting, but in some ways I second his emotion. In my heart I crap on the government and the business establishment that gives capitalism a bad name. But I will reserve the physical results for a proper toilet.

I don't know about Ghandi, but Gandhi was one of the most brilliant and heroic men of the 20th century. Libertarians would do well to read some of his writings on nonviolent resistance. An admirer of Jefferson and Thoreau, Gandhi conceived and led what was probably the most successful civil disobedience campaign in history.

Btw, Attenborough's film is fairly accurate for a movie. Much of the dialogue is taken from court transcripts, etc. Unfortunately, Attenborough sold out here and there, because the film was partially financed by the Indian government. There is no hint of Gandhi's opposition to Nehru's socialistic policies, for example.
