Brant Gaede
Silver prices track copper prices better than gold prices (link).Copper can easily go down 75%, even though unlikely. Both of these metals have industrial uses. By and large, gold does not. China has stockpiled a lot of copper. Silver still has the biggest upside potential due to scarcity and lack of government holdings and the fact it is also a paper money substitute. The price of silver is up 78% in 2010.--Brant
