Yet another ring around Saturn

A new ring has being discovered going about the planet Saturn. This ring is very cold and was spotted by the Spitzer Infrared Space Telescope. It is much larger than the visible rings and it is tilted 27 degrees to the plan of rotation of the visible rings.
