American Thinker publishes retraction re Dominion:

Quote

January 15, 2021

Statement

We received a lengthy letter from Dominion's defamation lawyers explaining why they believe that their client has been the victim of defamatory statements.  Having considered the full import of the letter, we have agreed to their request that we publish the following statement:

American Thinker and contributors Andrea Widburg, R.D. Wedge, Brian Tomlinson, and Peggy Ryan have published pieces on www.AmericanThinker.com that falsely accuse US Dominion Inc., Dominion Voting Systems, Inc., and Dominion Voting Systems Corporation (collectively “Dominion”) of conspiring to steal the November 2020 election from Donald Trump. These pieces rely on discredited sources who have peddled debunked theories about Dominion’s supposed ties to Venezuela, fraud on Dominion’s machines that resulted in massive vote switching or weighted votes, and other claims falsely stating that there is credible evidence that Dominion acted fraudulently.

These statements are completely false and have no basis in fact. Industry experts and public officials alike have confirmed that Dominion conducted itself appropriately and that there is simply no evidence to support these claims.

It was wrong for us to publish these false statements. We apologize to Dominion for all of the harm this caused them and their employees. We also apologize to our readers for abandoning 9 journalistic principles and misrepresenting Dominion’s track record and its limited role in tabulating votes for the November 2020 election. We regret this grave error.

Ellen,

Right now Dominion is threatening to sue everybody and their siblings to get retractions like this one. I bet money trumps integrity and facts in this case. American Thinker is not that big of a site and I bet the size of the numbers scared the crap out of them. (Dominion is suing Sidney Powell for $1.3 billion.)

As an aside, yesterday American Thinker closed down user comments. I don't see much of a future for this site. Users are pissed up the wazoo.

Gossip-wise, another post by Bidinotto came up on my Facebook feed yesterday and he was openly gloating about American Thinker's retraction about Dominion, shitting on Trump supporters, and saying how stupid and cultish they are to believe the election was fraudulent. And he used a link to Mediaite, a left-wing rag, as his source. He was as ugly as I have ever seen him, almost heckling.

I tried to find the post just now on Facebook, but I couldn't so he might have deleted it. It really was grotesque.

I hope he never goes around Barbara's grave. He might get a hand shooting up out of the earth and grabbing his ankle.

I found out about the American Thinker retraction via a link I saw somewhere (don’t remember where) to the Mediaite piece.

Mediaite suggests that the retraction is insincere and motivated by fear of a suit.

Right-wing online opinion website American Thinker has issued a retraction of false, unsupported, and debunked stories it published about Dominion Voting Systems and the company’s role in the 2020 presidential election.

Dominion is one of the companies that has been targeted by conspiracy theorists claiming President Donald Trump actually won the 2020 election.

Friday’s online statement, posted by American Thinker editor and publisher Thomas Lifson, was notable for its careful wording, which seemed to acknowledge that it would likely lose a defamation lawsuit by Dominion, rather than sincerely taking responsibility for publishing information it knew not to be true.

I am going to set up an election fraud section here on OL.

I want an archive of the crime that will not be taken down by big tech.

I may add a list of President Trump's achievements.

At least this will be a good place for those who want to write about this or research it for whatever they are building.

I'm working on getting the material to link to posted to places that will stay up.

It looks like all is not lost re President Trump being sworn in for another 4 years.

I have to go out right now, so I will write about this later. For now, Mike Adams is sounding joyful in this video. Don't forget, two days ago, he was in "all is lost" mode.

Situation Update, Jan. 18, 2021 - Game-changing intel grants Trump new pathways to VICTORY

Mike says he now knows what Lin Wood knows and he now understands why Lin keeps saying every lie will be revealed.

The gist is according to the 14th Amendment, a person cannot hold office if they have actively worked with a foreign entity in trying to overthrow the US government. President Trump has a declassified document dump coming that will prove both the Chinese Communist Party and many members of the US government colluding with it are working to overthrow the US government. So they will be removed from office. This includes Biden & Co.

This explains why the military buildup all over DC (to protect the city from left-wing riots and paramilitary attacks once it becomes clear Biden will not be inaugurated).

It also explains why the impeachment rush of Pelosi, why her demands to Pentagon officials of stripping President Trump of his powers, and, more recently, why she just demanded Chris Miller halt his attempts to install a pro-Trump person, Michael Ellis, as NSA General Counsel.

There's a lot more to this, including missile launchers on Cosco and Wallmart parking lots all over the USA in cargo containers that can be activated by satellite, but defenses have been put in place to take them out or shoot the missiles down as soon as they are launched. The pictures below are older pictures, but these are what they look like.

They are intended to take out US infrastructure like power and water facilities, political buildings and so forth.

Apparently, there is military equipment set up all over the US to combat these things.

btw - Mike says this is not a Q thing. This is information he has received from people actually involved in this. He said he was allowed to see it just now because of the growth and quality of his Situation Reports.

Right as I am typing this, Mike put up his notes and comments on his video. So for those who want to read instead of watch a video, go here:

Situation Update, Jan. 18, 2021 – Game-changing intel grants Trump new pathways to VICTORY

Basically, it's a good idea to stay home tomorrow and Wednesday and let the powers that be deal with all this. It appears like they have it under control.

Also, for anyone who has followed President Trump for any length of time, this possibility is 100% in keeping with his way of doing things. He waits until everyone and their brother think he's a goner, that he lost big time. Then he appears out of nowhere and dismantles them. That's what he did in the 2016 election. That's what he did with the bankruptcies of his casinos. That's what he did in one deal after another throughout his career.

So take heart.

No guarantees, but there is good reason to hope.

Gotta run...

This has to be a sign. Biden, if sworn in, could overturn this in a heartbeat. And even if he doesn't, he could sit on it or filter it through the 1619 project or any number of shitty things.

Trump signs executive order to build National Garden of American Heroes to combat 'dangerous anti-American extremism'

:)

I wonder what makes President Trump believe this will be implemented by the Marxist Biden people, I wonder, I wonder...

Or is he thinking the Biden people will be unable to stop it?

On a personal note, I'm no longer worried. Even if Biden gets sworn in, Brant mentioned a writ of quo warranto the other day (see here to read an article about it and now there are other more recent articles about it--source from Brant, too).

Just knowing this exists and the military stuff is out there, just knowing responsible people are involved in all this, makes me more serene than I have felt for some time.

Out here in the public, the only people we have seen 100% in President Trump's corner coming directly from Trump is Rudy and Jenna, and it has looked like they have been floundering a bit--not due to incompetence, but due to the entire system being rigged against them. Others more distant like Sidney and Lin seem to have been pushed away. And President Trump himself, despite having powers like his EO of 2018 on foreign interference in US elections, but many others, has just not been using them.

That has caused discomfort for more people than me.

But today I got the feeling that President Trump is doing his thing like he always does--rope-a-dope, then kablooey at the last minute. I don't know how to explain it properly since it's an emotional thing, but today a switch flipped in my brain like it did earlier when the Capitol was attacked and Trump told people to go home. In the first flip, I started to lose morale and that increased as President Trump started to look more and more wishy-washy.

With today's flip, I am once again fully confident that President Trump's got this and Biden & Co. are toast. I feel I know that as well as anyone can on the outside.

And like I said, it's irrelevant if Biden gets sworn in. I am certain he will not stay in if he gets there.

From Lin Wood on Telegram just now.

Mike Adams is a truth-giver and a Patriot. When Mike speaks, listen carefully. Like me, Mike is imperfect. He may not always be exactly right, but he is much more right than he is wrong. Take his advice. Stay at home over the next several  days until things become more clear. Don’t take the vaccine. And most importantly, pray. We walk by faith. - Lin 🙏❤️🇺🇸

Seems like I'm good at picking them. I don't ever recall Lin mentioning Mike before.

Another from Lin Wood since it is Martin Luther King day.

I have always had the greatest of admiration and respect for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. I think the “I Have A Dream” speech was one of the greatest speeches in modern history.

I was privileged to represent his son, Dexter, & The Estate of Martin Luther King, Jr., Inc. in a family dispute a few years ago.

The present time is a good time to remember how Dr. King sought to deal with injustice - non-violent civil disobedience.

Today is the perfect day to remember him.

Here's a visual for you.

Imagine if President Trump's landslide victory had somehow overcome all the election fraud, including the "drop and roll" of the voting machines. Thus he was the one scheduled to be inaugurated on Jan. 20.

Now imagine him calling out the same massive military presence for DC as now, with countless barricades, armored vehicles and soldiers sleeping on the floor of the Capitol.

How do you think the left and anti-Trumpers would react?

Instant shitstorm anyone?

Lin Wood just posted this.

I don't know how he got a copy. It is customary for on outgoing president to leave a letter for the incoming one.

Here is the letter President Trump left for the impostor Biden. I think it might be a bit blurred from someone taking a picture of it with a smartphone at a distance since an aid, not President Trump, put it on the desk. But that's my speculation.

:)

The best part of that letter is that President Trump did not call Biden "president" and just referred to him by his first name.

President Trump will be back.

"The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election"

TG,

I only skimmed it so far and there is another name for this. Evidence.

:)

Seriously. I don't know how far bragging about committing a crime in public goes towards convicting a perp, but to whatever extent it does, it does in this case.

Wait until the courts weigh in on some of the crimes committed. These people confessed to being the perpetrators.

Technically, that means they will have to be prosecuted at the time, but I doubt they will.

Why? Because I think the US federal law enforcement is a Banana Republic joke when justice for all is the standard. As a group of thugs, they do OK...

Still, we must plow forward.

The truest part of that piece may have been the fact they were shitting their pants in 19, odd though the lack of mention of any effect the impeachment may have played in strategizing a campaign for a fair campaign.

More like recognizing inroads being made into voting blocs the Establishment considered under their control, the economic metrics and a trend toward a real lessening in an active military footing and deployment and the fact that those things were being recognized and appreciated despite all the demonization. Notice too the demonization of Trump the person was no longer enough , the hatred now needs to be focused on the actual supporters.

Below is the kind of rebuttal there is, and mostly will be, to Mike Lindell's documentary.

From the New York Times:

Three false claims about the election made in Mike Lindell’s new film.

To simplify, here are the claims:

Quote

1. No, Dominion files were not manipulated.

2. No, foreign countries did not interfere with voting machines.

3. No, votes for Biden were not counted multiple times.

And what is the counter-proof? Constant statements that "there is no evidence." And the sources? "Election officials and cybersecurity experts." Which? To quote the grand lady: blank-out.

It's a shame there is video of all this stuff, ain't it? Anybody can look at it who wants to. Not on YouTube (which is in censorship mode), but elsewhere.

Now, if only a court would look at it...

Even Scott Adams has wimped out in his latest video (see here). He said there is no way he can know if the things presented in Mike Lindell's film are true or not. But, as booby prize, he said he would not want to be lined up against Mike in a persuasion battle since Mike is one of the top marketers in the USA.

Scott did not mention that the courts have not looked at the evidence yet, which is what Mike's film is trying to prompt from public clamor. Mike even emphasized this over and over in the film. Why would Scott leave that out? Scott is an intelligent man, but he emphatically gave the impression that there is no way to know the truth.

Well, there is a way to know. Get people to look at that evidence and check it for themselves, especially the courts. I'm not even going to try to pawn off this wussiness to Scott's persuasion skills doing reverse psychology or something. I have relegated him in my mind to a fictional device called "unreliable narrator."

And the consequences of that would be?

I’m doubtful that we'll have a chance to find out, since I'm expecting the Supreme Court to betray the country on February 19.  I'll be delighted if I'm wrong about that.
