American Thinker publishes retraction re Dominion:

Quote

January 15, 2021

Statement

We received a lengthy letter from Dominion's defamation lawyers explaining why they believe that their client has been the victim of defamatory statements.  Having considered the full import of the letter, we have agreed to their request that we publish the following statement:

American Thinker and contributors Andrea Widburg, R.D. Wedge, Brian Tomlinson, and Peggy Ryan have published pieces on www.AmericanThinker.com that falsely accuse US Dominion Inc., Dominion Voting Systems, Inc., and Dominion Voting Systems Corporation (collectively “Dominion”) of conspiring to steal the November 2020 election from Donald Trump. These pieces rely on discredited sources who have peddled debunked theories about Dominion’s supposed ties to Venezuela, fraud on Dominion’s machines that resulted in massive vote switching or weighted votes, and other claims falsely stating that there is credible evidence that Dominion acted fraudulently.

These statements are completely false and have no basis in fact. Industry experts and public officials alike have confirmed that Dominion conducted itself appropriately and that there is simply no evidence to support these claims.

It was wrong for us to publish these false statements. We apologize to Dominion for all of the harm this caused them and their employees. We also apologize to our readers for abandoning 9 journalistic principles and misrepresenting Dominion’s track record and its limited role in tabulating votes for the November 2020 election. We regret this grave error.

Ellen,

Right now Dominion is threatening to sue everybody and their siblings to get retractions like this one. I bet money trumps integrity and facts in this case. American Thinker is not that big of a site and I bet the size of the numbers scared the crap out of them. (Dominion is suing Sidney Powell for $1.3 billion.)

As an aside, yesterday American Thinker closed down user comments. I don't see much of a future for this site. Users are pissed up the wazoo.

Gossip-wise, another post by Bidinotto came up on my Facebook feed yesterday and he was openly gloating about American Thinker's retraction about Dominion, shitting on Trump supporters, and saying how stupid and cultish they are to believe the election was fraudulent. And he used a link to Mediaite, a left-wing rag, as his source. He was as ugly as I have ever seen him, almost heckling.

I tried to find the post just now on Facebook, but I couldn't so he might have deleted it. It really was grotesque.

I hope he never goes around Barbara's grave. He might get a hand shooting up out of the earth and grabbing his ankle.

I found out about the American Thinker retraction via a link I saw somewhere (don’t remember where) to the Mediaite piece.

Mediaite suggests that the retraction is insincere and motivated by fear of a suit.

Right-wing online opinion website American Thinker has issued a retraction of false, unsupported, and debunked stories it published about Dominion Voting Systems and the company’s role in the 2020 presidential election.

Dominion is one of the companies that has been targeted by conspiracy theorists claiming President Donald Trump actually won the 2020 election.

Friday’s online statement, posted by American Thinker editor and publisher Thomas Lifson, was notable for its careful wording, which seemed to acknowledge that it would likely lose a defamation lawsuit by Dominion, rather than sincerely taking responsibility for publishing information it knew not to be true.

I am going to set up an election fraud section here on OL.

I want an archive of the crime that will not be taken down by big tech.

I may add a list of President Trump's achievements.

At least this will be a good place for those who want to write about this or research it for whatever they are building.

I'm working on getting the material to link to posted to places that will stay up.

It looks like all is not lost re President Trump being sworn in for another 4 years.

I have to go out right now, so I will write about this later. For now, Mike Adams is sounding joyful in this video. Don't forget, two days ago, he was in "all is lost" mode.

Situation Update, Jan. 18, 2021 - Game-changing intel grants Trump new pathways to VICTORY

image.png

Mike says he now knows what Lin Wood knows and he now understands why Lin keeps saying every lie will be revealed.

The gist is according to the 14th Amendment, a person cannot hold office if they have actively worked with a foreign entity in trying to overthrow the US government. President Trump has a declassified document dump coming that will prove both the Chinese Communist Party and many members of the US government colluding with it are working to overthrow the US government. So they will be removed from office. This includes Biden & Co.

This explains why the military buildup all over DC (to protect the city from left-wing riots and paramilitary attacks once it becomes clear Biden will not be inaugurated).

It also explains why the impeachment rush of Pelosi, why her demands to Pentagon officials of stripping President Trump of his powers, and, more recently, why she just demanded Chris Miller halt his attempts to install a pro-Trump person, Michael Ellis, as NSA General Counsel.

There's a lot more to this, including missile launchers on Cosco and Wallmart parking lots all over the USA in cargo containers that can be activated by satellite, but defenses have been put in place to take them out or shoot the missiles down as soon as they are launched. The pictures below are older pictures, but these are what they look like.

image.png

image.png

image.png

They are intended to take out US infrastructure like power and water facilities, political buildings and so forth.

Apparently, there is military equipment set up all over the US to combat these things.

btw - Mike says this is not a Q thing. This is information he has received from people actually involved in this. He said he was allowed to see it just now because of the growth and quality of his Situation Reports.

Right as I am typing this, Mike put up his notes and comments on his video. So for those who want to read instead of watch a video, go here:

Situation Update, Jan. 18, 2021 – Game-changing intel grants Trump new pathways to VICTORY

Basically, it's a good idea to stay home tomorrow and Wednesday and let the powers that be deal with all this. It appears like they have it under control.

Also, for anyone who has followed President Trump for any length of time, this possibility is 100% in keeping with his way of doing things. He waits until everyone and their brother think he's a goner, that he lost big time. Then he appears out of nowhere and dismantles them. That's what he did in the 2016 election. That's what he did with the bankruptcies of his casinos. That's what he did in one deal after another throughout his career.

So take heart.

No guarantees, but there is good reason to hope.

Gotta run...

Here's a pleasant thought.

All those troops at the White House and those sleeping on the Capitol floor are presumably there to keep people out. But the way they are deployed, they work better at keeping people in.

Wishful thinking, I know, but hey...

This has to be a sign. Biden, if sworn in, could overturn this in a heartbeat. And even if he doesn't, he could sit on it or filter it through the 1619 project or any number of shitty things.

Trump signs executive order to build National Garden of American Heroes to combat 'dangerous anti-American extremism'

:)

I wonder what makes President Trump believe this will be implemented by the Marxist Biden people, I wonder, I wonder...

Or is he thinking the Biden people will be unable to stop it?

On a personal note, I'm no longer worried. Even if Biden gets sworn in, Brant mentioned a writ of quo warranto the other day (see here to read an article about it and now there are other more recent articles about it--source from Brant, too).

Just knowing this exists and the military stuff is out there, just knowing responsible people are involved in all this, makes me more serene than I have felt for some time.

Out here in the public, the only people we have seen 100% in President Trump's corner coming directly from Trump is Rudy and Jenna, and it has looked like they have been floundering a bit--not due to incompetence, but due to the entire system being rigged against them. Others more distant like Sidney and Lin seem to have been pushed away. And President Trump himself, despite having powers like his EO of 2018 on foreign interference in US elections, but many others, has just not been using them.

That has caused discomfort for more people than me.

But today I got the feeling that President Trump is doing his thing like he always does--rope-a-dope, then kablooey at the last minute. I don't know how to explain it properly since it's an emotional thing, but today a switch flipped in my brain like it did earlier when the Capitol was attacked and Trump told people to go home. In the first flip, I started to lose morale and that increased as President Trump started to look more and more wishy-washy.

With today's flip, I am once again fully confident that President Trump's got this and Biden & Co. are toast. I feel I know that as well as anyone can on the outside.

And like I said, it's irrelevant if Biden gets sworn in. I am certain he will not stay in if he gets there.

I have always had the greatest of admiration and respect for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. I think the “I Have A Dream” speech was one of the greatest speeches in modern history.

I was privileged to represent his son, Dexter, & The Estate of Martin Luther King, Jr., Inc. in a family dispute a few years ago.

The present time is a good time to remember how Dr. King sought to deal with injustice - non-violent civil disobedience.

Today is the perfect day to remember him.

Here's a visual for you.

Imagine if President Trump's landslide victory had somehow overcome all the election fraud, including the "drop and roll" of the voting machines. Thus he was the one scheduled to be inaugurated on Jan. 20.

Now imagine him calling out the same massive military presence for DC as now, with countless barricades, armored vehicles and soldiers sleeping on the floor of the Capitol.

How do you think the left and anti-Trumpers would react?

Instant shitstorm anyone?

Lin Wood just posted this.

I don't know how he got a copy. It is customary for on outgoing president to leave a letter for the incoming one.

Here is the letter President Trump left for the impostor Biden. I think it might be a bit blurred from someone taking a picture of it with a smartphone at a distance since an aid, not President Trump, put it on the desk. But that's my speculation.

image.png

:)

The best part of that letter is that President Trump did not call Biden "president" and just referred to him by his first name.

President Trump will be back.

Looking at that letter from a Rand perspective, I love the fact that President Trump does not practice sanction of the victim.

Since he's a counterpuncher by nature, I think it's going to be a wild ride for the impostors.

That letter is just a preliminary taste.

Mark,

I have this earmarked to include in my thread on election fraud (in the "context" post).

Patrick Byrne rocks. I read the first chapter when it came out, but I think I've been waiting to read the others before posting this project on OL. At that point, I wanted to read and post the new chapters as they come out, but time is a bitch these days.

Regardless of my plans, I'm glad you posted this. I hope you stay with it and keep posting new installments until Patrick is done irrespective of what I do in the other thread. His story (which is going to be a book in the end) should be told far and wide.

I started reading at Chapter 3.  I'm partway through that Chapter, and I pause to ask:

Why was Cipollone hired to begin with and why hadn’t he been fired well before this point?

Quote

President Trump looked directly at me and said gently, “You know Pat, all my life I’ve had the best lawyers. People call me from all over the world, ‘What lawyer should I use on this? What lawyer should I use on that?’ But here…. You know, the other side breaks every rule in the book, but me….? All I have are lawyers who tell me ‘You can’t do this, you can’t do that…’ Do you see what I have been working with for four years? Can you imagine what I could have gotten done……” He broke off, then turned to Cipollone, asked “Where’s my Durham report? Where’s ….” and started rattling off his legal disappointments.

Standing there next to his two colleagues, Cipollone started shouting back at Flynn, still on his feet, and at the President. Still shouting, he stepped rudely towards us, standing over (and inappropriately close to) Alyssa from behind. Before I knew it I was on my feet, shoulder-to-shoulder with Flynn, back mostly to the President, with a mental trigger that if Cipollone moved another inch towards Flynn, Alyssa, or me I was going to bury my knuckles in his throat.

President Trump said, “Hey hey hey!” We all turned. With both hands waiving at us to calm down, and a quarter-smile of disbelief on his face, he said, “Heeey calm down….”  Cipollone turned to storm out the door again, his two butt-boys in tow. Before he was out Sidney said, “Let him leave. I’ll take the job and you’ll win.” Trump said after him, “Go ahead Pat. Leave. Don’t come back as far as I am concerned.” As the door shut, Trump said softly, “Ahhh, I don’t mean that. You know, Pat’s a friend, and…” his voice trailed off. I winced at the dawning of my understanding.

A quick comment. I agree with Byrne on many of his observations, but I disagree with many of his conclusions.

He leaves out a lot. He speaks only from his own perspective, which is limited. (I have watched many of his videos in addition to looking at this narrative, so I am familiar enough with his thinking about Trump and the election to say that.)

Had he been around during the American Revolution, he would have analyzed the Brits well, and in some aspects, better than anyone. But he also would have written about the hopelessness of defeating them.

:)

I most definitely disagree with him about Rudy. I can't think of a single lawyer who could have overcome the extent of the betrayal by the FBI, the CIA and the swamp in general. To blame Rudy's age and implied waning skills for not beating them, and even blaming it all on President Trump's loyalty, leaves out way too much.

Byrne's frame, reflected in the title and the narrative, that President Trump lost the White House, is wrong. Trump won the White House fair and square and it was taken from him by domestic and foreign enemies at war with him who corrupted the election process.

If Trump has any fundamental blame for the loss, it is due to not believing human beings could be as evil as they were.

In my opinion, Trump learned that lesson the hard way just like he learned about casinos. And he will be back. And he will kick the living shit out of them.

Which means I also disagree with Byrne that Trump stopped wanting to be president and only wants to play golf now. That's bullshit. It's like the people who said Trump was finished after the bankruptcies.

I could go on and on. But Byrne is wicked smart. His narrative is great for seeing what unfolded from an insider's view and for naming the nature of the enemy, especially the psyop part and China's involvement. And he's a damn good writer, so I understand the depressing impact (I felt it, too, even just skimming Chapter 6).

But there are a whole lot of people out here in America he simply dismisses or ignores. They are not going away and they are not deluded. They are the kind of folks who beat the Brits against all odds.

I'll write more about Byrne's narrative after I read it all and read it more carefully.

I just want to say for now, there is no reason to feel sick or depressed or the situation is hopeless. That is more due to Byrne's writing skill than it is reality.

The part Byrne left out is that life is good and so is America, which has survived a lot worse than what is going on right now. The country where Ayn Rand and freedom-loving people like her were fostered still exists.

We lost a battle, not a war. As President Trump said, the best is yet to come.

:)

Although the following is only sports, this spirit is what I'm talking about with Byrne.

I see a similarity between Byrne and Cuban. They look at life from inside a cage with golden bars, offer a great product, are wicked smart, but have no clue about normal American people in any area outside their specialties.

Here is where normal American people are going right now. And do not think this only applies to Christians. It applies to a broad spectrum of people with freedom-loving values from an America First perspective. And it is growing.

In other words, to paraphrase it in the negative:

Don't marry a Swamp Creature.
Don't raise Swamp children.
Don't send them to Swamp schools.
Don't run a Swamp business.
Don't hire Swamp employees.
Don't cultivate Swamp friends.
Don't support Swamp churches or entertainment.

You can replace Swamp with "elitist" or "social justice warrior" or "modern leftist" or "entitled asshole" or any term that conveys this spirit. From what I see, this is the backlash, it's surging like a tidal wave, and it's going to get brutal.

My fear is that it's going to go too far in the other direction and a dictatorial strong man will emerge, or maybe even a civil war of some sort. And don't forget, there are a lot more normal American people than there are today's authoritarians.

But this spirit of getting away from the cheating-ass control freaks and fruitcakes is what normal American people are feeling right now, not the propaganda view nor the view from the bubble at the top.

They will not tolerate the stolen election without serious repercussions against the bad guys. They want no part of the contrary.
