They are not "protesting." It was assault and battery. Destruction of property. The Crimes caught on film. They should have been arrested and made to spend a night or two in jail, then be released on their own recognizance or to their parents. Second offenses should require more jail time and fines. At the least they will get some punishment and be off the streets and not causing trouble.

I just finished watching Jeffrey Prather interview Michael Yon.

What a fascinating dude. He's a war correspondent who is a free agent. One of his most famous pictures is from 2005 of a soldier cradling an Iraqi girl right after a terrorist suicide bomber attack (the girl didn't make it). See the story at his site here.

Right now Michael Yon is down in Central and South America rooting around jungle places to document human trafficking. And, from the trenches, he's saying that black slavery is coming back big-time and the operations have the Deep State stamped all over them. In the interview, he emphasized the slavery part. He said the sheer size of it makes it look like a different time in human history.

His current project is in the Darien Gap jungle in Panama where immigrants coming from Columbia have to cross. He's documenting the rape and murder that takes place in addition to the capture for the slave trade. See here for a map of the Darien Death Zone, here for some commentary, here for people warning him to stay out of the Death Zone (unfortunately in Spanish).

And below is a video from last month of how CNN recruits immigrants to come to the USA through "infomercial"-like reporting. This results in many poor people passing through many of these "death zone" regions along the way to the US where, among the abuses and murder, many are plucked to serve as human slaves, mostly women and children.

These anchors are trying too hard. They're trying to make news where none exists.

They were discussing Sheriff Joe Arpaio's actions in getting the public road leading to Fountain Hills, AZ unblocked. Protesters had blocked it because of the Trump rally. OK, up to here, fine.

EDIT FROM MSK IN 2021: The beginning of the following paragraph originally started with "Then one of the Fox dorks (Will Thomas, who may not..."). Normally I would let that stand since I wrote it that way, but I just spent a couple of hours trying to find this post using Vittert's name. When I made the post, I could not find the name of the newscaster, so I looked at a lot of photos on the Fox site and elsewhere and there used to be a guy named Will Thomas who, at least in the photo, looked like Vittert. I have corrected this post to use the correct name.)

Then one of the Fox dorks (Leland Vittert, who may not otherwise be a dork, but he certainly is one here) seriously asked former U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales if Sheriff Joe Arpaio's endorsement of Donald Trump constituted a conflict of interest in getting the road unblocked. (It starts about 1:45.)

Poor Gonzales looked like he couldn't believe he was just asked that. You can see him make an effort to control himself. Maybe keep from laughing as he patiently explained that Arpaio's preference for president had nothing to do with his law enforcement duties.

Then Vittert basically asked former Assistant FBI Director Steven Pomerantz why dozens of tactical forces haven't shown up in riot gear to clear the cars blocking the traffic and he couldn't believe he was just asked that. You can, also, see him make an effort to control himself, but he did let out some snark about quarterbacking from 1,000 miles away. (I could almost hear him thinking Tactical forces?!! Riot gear?!! There are three goddam cars blocking traffic in broad daylight you dork!)

I stand in awe...

Leland Vittert is the Fox news reporter. I don't care for him. He's an aggressive reporter who always tries to trample over the people he is interviewing in order to present a jiggered narrative that will get ratings. Also, he has been leaning against Trump for a long time. He's kinda in the Chris Wallace and Neil Cavuto camp. So his aggressiveness has been selective.

But here, you can almost see it dawn on him that he is in front of one of the century's biggest stories and nobody except the Trump-friendly press is going after it. Instead the entire establishment media are trying to cover it up.

If this were a cartoon, you would see a light bulb above his head turn on. And maybe a sound like boioioingggg.  

You can hear him think: Woah... that means, this story is mine for the taking if I want it.

Well...

All of a sudden, it looks like he wants it.

And out came the aggressiveness.

If this story leads him to be a real reporter instead of a toady or reporter's equivalent of an ambulance chaser, I say let this side of him bloom.

 

Vittert is the kind of reporter who jumps on guests and replaces facts for his opinions in a Jim Acosta or Keith Olbermann-like manner. He is pure fake news garbage.

The reason I am mentioning him in such depth is because of the date he disappeared from the public view--the January 6 capitol-building setup of Trump supporters. 

Based on watching and observing his manner a lot when I used to watch Fox news regularly, I would bet money that he was in up to his neck in helping stage the capitol-building setup and used Fox resources for it. He really hated Trump. But I believe he got in way over his head.

I am sure of one thing, though--as sure as one can be without ostensive proof. He was part of the Deep State. Based on his public disappearance, probably not as important as he himself thought, but still part.

New he's learning that the people behind the scenes will easily do to him what he has helped do to many others.

Also, I bet Fox News is as nervous as all hell about something Vittert (and probably others) did. It's only a feeling, but one indication is how Tucker Carlson came out blasting the crap out of Frank Luntz (see here). Tucker would not have done that without an OK from the top.
