Assange of WikiLeaks Arrested

Sad, sad day for press freedom.

And many in the idiot fake news media are celebrating.

The only upside is that Assange's health was deteriorating in the Ecuador Embassy. Maybe in British and US captivity, he will get some sunlight, better food, some exercise, etc.

However, Assange needs to be released immediately.

btw - My paranoia muscle is itching.

The Mueller Report did not take down President Trump and it looks like the entire Deep State "muh Russians!" narrative is in the death throes of collapsing.

In other words, the US President is not going to be replaced anytime soon by the Deep State's overt (previously covert) efforts.

And, now that that is about as clear as it can be, Assange gets arrested.

Hmmmmmm...

Scott Adams mentioned something very interesting earlier.

He said it seems like Assange is being charged with the same crime for which Chelsea Manning was pardoned by former President Obama.

He said if he were on a jury and was told that the co-conspirator of a crime being prosecuted was pardoned by a President of the United States, he would not even need to hear the case. He doubts 12 jurors could be found in the US (presumably who would pass voir dire) who would convict anyone of a crime a US President pardoned a co-conspirator for.

Interesting...

Also, if Assange has damning information he can leverage against the Clintons, the "muh Russians! hoax," the Deep State, etc., now seems like a good time to negotiate it with the Trump administration if he gets taken to the US.

So there's that...

The DOJ indictment is here: http://cdn.cnn.com/cnn/2019/images/04/11/assange_indictment_0_0.pdf

The President doesn't have a lot to say about the case, at least not in a scrum today.

-- Manning was not pardoned, but had the imposed sentence commuted. More pertinently, the Obama administration chose not to indict Assange on any charges. Adams considers the possibility of a quid pro quo for the Wikileaks founder ...

Michael, did you watch Scott Adams on Periscope or on Youtube?

I think to be  precise " she had his sentence commuted", and with out snark.

The court martial involved Bradley Manning. It isn't dead naming to refer to the identity , the legal identity of the individual in the past , only if you refer to the person in the present as their past identity , yeah ? She received a commutation of a sentence he had incurred, legally. No?

Excerpt of Scott Adams on Assange, Trump and a purported cache of documents, via Youtube (I believe, but I may be wrong, that the forum software upgrade no longer allows Youtube embeds):

-- thanks, Michael for the embed. I must have a curse on me today ...

The YouTube version is merely a repeat of the Periscope. I prefer YT because I have controls where I can speed it up.

I just discoved that Periscope videos can also be excerpted, but only through the Apple/Android app, not via the Periscope.tv website.

I don't know how many times the facts in the Rush Limbaugh transcript below have to be repeated before they become knowledge.

But, we have a fake news media hellbent on promulgating lies, so I guess repeating them one more time will not be enough, but we gotta do it.

Flashback: When Liberals Loved Julian Assange

Here's just one of the facts. Podesta's email account was not hacked by WikiLeaks. Podesta clicked on an email link for porn or something and a spyware worm got into his computer. Then a person at the DNC, probably pissed about Bernie getting shafted for the nomination, stuck a USB thumb drive into the DNC computer, copied his emails (which the spyware had left wide open, and sent them to WikiLeaks. The data could not have been transmitted over the Internet because, according to the logs on the computer, that would have been impossible at the ultrafast transfer speeds recorded. But those speeds were possible for a thumb drive.

So the leak was an inside job.

But go anywhere on TV right now and people are saying Assange hacked the DNC computer.

There are other inaccuracies being spread, too. It's discouraging how this shit keeps on being repeated in the mainstream after the facts have been presented in public over and over and over--including in the mainstream.

No matter how much you exercise that paranoia muscle, dear cousin --  don't you ever think that sometimes that itch is in a phantom limb, that you lost long ago in battle?

Rhetorical, of course, I don't expect a reply. But if there is one, please do not let it be  just a retort that my delusions are way more evil and harmful and all-round pathetic, etc etc, or at least don't remind me of my obesity and idiocy - for auld lang syne's sweet sake.

WikiLeaks co-founder’s fiancee says appeal will be launched, as Amnesty International says decision is a ‘travesty of justice’
Quote

Julian Assange can be extradited to the US, the high court has ruled as it overturned a judgment earlier this year.

The decision today deals a major blow to the Wikileaks co-founder’s efforts to prevent his extradition to the US to face espionage charges, although options to appeal remain open to his legal team.

A package of assurances were put forward this year as part of US attempts to overcome the ruling in January by the district court judge Vanessa Baraitser that Assange could not be extradited because of concerns over his mental health and risk of suicide in a US prison.

The Lord Chief Justice Lord Burnett, sitting with Lord Justice Holroyde, ruled today at the high court that that he could be extradited.

The Deep State is the reason no president has pardoned Assange.

His imprisonment is a sore that never heals.

The predator class hates it, but the fact is, normal people can't stand them. Nor can upper-class people of integrity.

There is a reason people like Julian Assange exist.

And it's not to help save the world against normal people and upper-class people of integrity.

If he has to come to the USA, I hope this will prompt lots of unrest here. Lots and lots of it.

Hmmm...seems some things are happening, and if Q's anon's are to believed, some stuff, too...(see screenshot of Q drop below, supposedly "predicting" in 2018 that this would happen in "June"...assuming "June" refers to the actual month, and not some secret military document code called "June Bloom" or something, as in the way these things tend to get interpreted...)
