why not , indeed

For the Rs that are recently discovering a backbone and or borrowing the strength of Trump's, voting to keep Ds and their Deep State and socialist push at bay is to vote for Trump's agenda.

Finestine has already said she would reopen the Kavanaugh debacle( the one she created) should she be elevated to the Chairpersonship of Her committee.

Trump continuing to win is like good, really good :)

Hello? Billy? Hello?

You had said something about the left having eaten someone's homework, then you quoted me discussing the hypocrisy of the left, and then you posted a report on Ellison's divorce filings:

On 10/17/2018 at 7:07 PM, william.scherk said:

From the Twin Cities Pioneer Press, bylined to Kyle Potter and Steve Karnowski:

In unsealed divorce filings, Rep. Keith Ellison says ex-wife abused him

I replied with info and questions. I asked you to explain your post.

On 10/18/2018 at 6:13 AM, Jonathan said:

And you think that that is somehow relevant to my comment? Wow.

I'm not understanding your little attempt at gotcha. Perhaps you mistakenly thought that the woman to whom the divorce papers refer is the same woman whom Ellison is accused of assaulting? If so, she's not the same woman.

Other than that possible explanation of error, I have no idea where you're coming from or what you're trying to say. Please explain. I'm totally lost about the link that you're trying to make between my comment on the left's hypocrisy regarding accusations against Kavanaugh versus against Ellison and the unsealing of the divorce papers.

Briefly, this was the point of my comment (a point which you clearly missed): Kavanaigh was accused without evidence or corroboration. Ellison was accused, but with both evidence and corroboration (in fact, it was a witness, the woman's son, and not the alleged victim, who made the accusation public). With Kavanaugh, the left instructed us that we are to believe women, and that if we don't agree that Kavanaugh is guilty and unfit to serve, then we are laughing at all women and at rape. On the other hand, with Ellison, we are not to believe the woman, and our doing so magically does not signal our hatred and disbelief of all women victims. In fact, it's cool to endorse Ellison and to ignore his accuser.

J

P.S. Edited to add the names of the women: Kim Ellison, Karen Monahan, and a third, Amy Alexander. They are not the same woman. Each of them is an individual, with different events in their lives. They are not interchangeable.

Also: Any abuse of Keith Ellison committed by Kim Ellison would not justify Keith's abuse of Karen Monahan, if that is what anyone is thinking. If someone is "reasoning" that people have the right to use retaliatory force, and therefore Keith was within his rights to retaliate against Karen for Kim's initiations of force, then, no, that's not the way that it works. Actual retaliatory force would be against only the person who initiated it, and only in proportion and in immediate self-defense.

No response.

Have I misunderstood something? Help me out. Show some goodwill.

J

You mean in 2020? Although one could suggest they are voting for Trump in 2018 if their candidates for the house, senate, and locally, support Trump's agenda. Of course there is always the possibility that President Trump won't run in 2020 for whatever reason. If he is tired of it, Pence could be President and Trump the Veep. Or Pence could simply take over more of the President's duties, not that I see that happening. But after two more years? . . . . Naw. Won't happen.

One commentator on Fox News was saying the Kavanagh hearings will have an effect on the elections in 2018, by drawing out Republican and Independent voters who might have stayed at home if they had not seen the disgusting “Leftians” at work.  I hope so. I may “early vote” today or tomorrow.  Peter

Just so we're clear on the credibility of how the Democrats operate at this point in time, and how the ones who get elected Tuesday will continue to operate, look at the Kavanaugh accusers. So far, two have recanted, Julie Swetnick and Judy Munro-Leighton.

Senator Grassley has referred both to the FBI for criminal investigation for later prosecution.  Read the essential details here (Washington Times):

Another Kavanaugh accuser admits to fabricating rape story

President Trump is not amused. And he is not letting this slide.

There is no way to deny it or rationalize it. That's how the Democrats operate. Don't forget, only one Democrat Senator voted for Kavanaugh's confirmation. All of the others did not and, from the looks of things, they are all--every one of them--A-OK with the fraud. They were fine with it at voting time and I haven't come across a single one so far who said they regretted their vote since it was informed by crime and not the truth.

Even now, here's how the Huffington Post is characterizing it.

Trump Tries To Revive Doubt Over Kavanaugh Claims After Little-Known Accuser Recants
The woman, Judy Munro-Leighton, had falsely claimed she authored a anonymous, little-reported accusation.

If that is what you want to continue as mainstream culture, if that is what you find to be good and proper, if that is the way you want to be informed of facts, you know who to vote for on Tuesday. The Democrats will happily serve your heart's desire. Over and over and over.

As for the rest of us, vote Republican.

Let President Trump know you have his back so he can finish what he is doing for the benefit of us all.

Fake news owned once again.

Manu Raju is the Senior Congressional Correspondent for CNN.

These assholes just won't quit, not even after they have been busted.

They lie because they can't not lie. It's like a dog barking. A dog can't not bark. It's his nature.

CNN people (and other fake news people) lie because it's their nature.

They take a metaphorical dump on their audience every day of the week and bark about it.

Woof woof...

Barbra Streisand doesn't mind lying when it's on her side, that's for sure.

But when it's not, she turns into a whiny sanctimonious magpie.

Streisand is the only singer I know who has been able to turn a lovely romantic song into fishwife nagging dosed with epic hypocrisy.

Don't forget this is the Kavanaugh thread.

So let's see what Streisand was posting as she was doing the song above:

Don't lie to me?

Come to your own conclusions.

As for me, I hate to see an artist of the caliber of Barbra Streisand trash her legacy like that at the end of her career. It makes me sad. Another idol from my youth turned shallow, pig-headed and spiteful. I'm going to try to remember the good stuff about her, but it's hard as hell as things like the Streisand Effect pile up along with her politics and songs like the one above.

Maybe if she faded from the spotlight a bit, I can put this stuff out of my mind and go back to loving her as I used to. I mean the lady sings to melt your heart.

Help me out, Streisand. Will ya'?

Barbra Streisand May Move to Canada if Republicans Keep the House

As it should be.

President Trump deserves a lot of credit for sticking with Judge Kavanaugh through that circus.

I can’t think of any other Republican president, save possibly Reagan, who would have had the stones to do so.

They're trying to re-smear Kavanaugh with sex crime allegations.

New York Times is doing it at that.

Some eminent nobodies who work for the NYT wrote a new book that makes new claims and now the anti-Trumpers, especially the left, want to investigate Kavanaugh all over again and impeach him. I believe all the author nobodies really want to do is cause a splash to sell a few books before the title goes into the bargain bin.

I'm not even going to provide links to this trash.

When my conspiracy itch acts up, I start thinking this fake news media effort is to get the public warmed up for more of this kind of crap (i.e., habituated again) because President Trump will be replacing a Supreme Court justice before too long (probably RBG) and this level of smearing is exactly what they are going to do to his choice irrespective of who it is.

Also, the Crazy Lady's father recently came out in support of Kavanaugh. Maybe this new smear is payback for that.

Whatever it is, I hope they keep it up. In the 2020 election, President Trump will not even have to campaign to win by a landslide. They are doing his campaigning for him.

This Twitter thread is extremely interesting.

Click on the date in the tweet above to see the whole thing, but here is the text:

Quote

1. OK, Time for a thread on the new round of smears and lies about Justice Brett Kavanaugh. There is a lot going on here, so let's break it down and look at whats going on.

2. We all remember how Christine Blasey Ford lied bold faced on national tv to try to derail the Kavanaugh confirmation. the Left trotted a whole busload of fake accusers to try to stop his appointment and preserve their ability to swing the court's decisions.

3. They are worried about abortion being over turned and other decisions.

4. We know it was an organized slander campaign to kill his nomination. the goal was to make it so ugly and unpleasant he just dropped it and walked away. Thats why #creepypornlawyer and McCabe's scummy amoral lawyer were involved.

4. And yes, Creepy Porn Lawyer Michael Avenatti, known for his attempted shake down of the president with porn actress Stephanie Cliffords (cont)

5. and for allegedly beating his girlfriend and being indicted for committing fraud and embezzlement against his clients and trying to extort Nike, on tape and camera.

6. It’s coming up on one year anniversary of Justice Kavanaugh's confirmation and some important things have happened and are about to happen.

7. Late last week, the 9th circuit court overruled a federal judge who had granted opponents of the trump admin's denial of asylum seekers a NATIONWIDE injunction. They told the judge he could only enjoin for the area his circuit oversaw.

8. Not to be dissuaded the same Obama appointed just ignored the court and re-instated it. He was slapped down 7-2 in a response by the US Supreme court.

9. This has some major consequences: this sets the precedent that both the 9th Circuit and the USSC, the US Supreme Court, will stop activist judges from using nationwide injunctions to derail national executive branch policy, exceeding their authority.

10. This presents an enormous problem for the left, who are relying on Lawfare, use of activist judges & never ending frivolous lawsuits to bog down, slow and block this administrations policy.

11. Loss of ability to use nationwide injunctions by activist courts force the Left to take cases all the way to the surpreme court, and mean they cannot rely on lower courts to do their will

12. With the court now 5-4 solidly conservative, and with Ruth Bader Ginsburg in the midst of another fight with Pancreatic cancer that saw her receive a liver stint to releive blockages of bile and liver jaundice.

13. She is elderly and far outside the average life span of adult females in the US and is not cancer free.

14. This is DEEPLY alarming for the Left, they've lost the court and they understand its going to be 6-3 before Trump leaves office. But before that happens, they still have very real, and serious, problems in the immediate short term.

15. We are about to start the new USSC term and cases be heard, cases the Left expect to lose, and cases that are going to be devestating to the Left.

16. One of the cases the USSC has agreed to hear is the case of New York Pistol and Rifle Association against NYC, to determine if guns can be carried or transported outside the home. This goes to the heart of concealed carry, and right to self defense.

17. NY amended the law and asked the NY Pistol and Rifle Assoc to withdraw the complaint, but they rightly told NY they didnt go far enough to protect the freedoms of gun owners and the case stands.

18. This case will affect every one of the 50 states in the union and if NY loses, most gun control laws in CA, NY, IL, MD, Wash DC, CT, NJ, OR, WA and HI will be unconstitutional overnight. nysrpa.org/legal-action-a

19. This lawsuit has the Left so scared, they have actually threatened the US SC. See remarks by Sheldon Whitehouse and others in the link below:

20. The Supreme Court is also set to hear arguments and issue rulings on President Trump's legal authority to undo DACA, and also issue a ruling on if the citizenship question can be added to the US Census.

21. The Left expects to lose all three of these cases- And that is what this is ALL about.

22. AT THE VERY HEART of the effort to slander Justice Kavanaugh and his confirmation is the INTENDED GOAL OF DE-LEGITIMIZING THE SUPREME COURT ITSELF, AND ITS RULINGS.

23. This is meant to pave the way for states like CA, NY, MD, CT, Wash DC, and others to IGNORE Surpreme Court rulings and to claim they are not legitimate; This will create a constitutional crisis, but the Left has no other option.

24. The probability is VERY HIGH they lose all three cases, and this would put an end to Gun Control, Illegals Voting in Elections, and with the wall in place would spell the End of Progressive importing a new Voting Block via illegal immigration.

25. So right on queue, immediately in advance of the beginning of the next US SC session, the Left launches a coordinated effort to de-legitimize a Key USSC justice and by extension the court, and its rulings. This is a desperation tactic.

26. This is made even more desperate by the fact that if Ruth Bader Ginsburg is not well, or becomes sick in the near term, these judgements will be even more likely to go against the Left. Make no mistake, they are panicked, and this is the result.

27. I (Finch) could talk extensively about how this story is a lie, and how it is easily debunked (take for instance that the victim 'doesnt remember it happening') but thats a moot point.

28. It’s not designed to sway voters, its not designed to help legal cases- it ONLY SERVES ONE PURPOSE- AS AN EXCUSE TO BE USED BY LEFTWING BLUE STATES TO IGNORE SCOTUS RULINGS.

29. On social media, in discussions in person, we need to make absolutely clear what they are doing; highlight it & call it out. Expose it. Expose their strategy to ignore the Rule of Law.

30.

Image

31. ADDENDUM: what does constitutional law say about states ignoring Supreme Court Rulings? What legal remedy is there? How would enforcement work?

While I thank everyone for their kind words I want to make sure it is clear that this was not my work, but the work of our dear friend Harold Finch, who was kicked from Twitter and now posts exclusively in “The Library” censorship free on Telegram:

Basically, since the left is losing its influence in the Supreme Court, it is making first efforts to invalidate the institution in order to enable Blue States to ignore Supreme Court rulings.

That's why the NYT of all things published this current crap against Kavanaugh.

Man, talk about a poorly thrown Hail Mary pass. Half-assed would be an improvement.

Get your popcorn, folks. It's going to be quite a show watching the political left get ground into irrelevance (for a while) by the American people.

But he is innocent! In fact, she is the guilty party.

Once his cock had been commandeered by the offender (the one and only offender in this scenario up to this moment) she had a fiduciary responsibility to remove her hand from reach so that the victim, Brett, could not be further victimized as a tool for the cowardly Cock Assault by Proxy. She is a pervert and an accessory to this heinous crime against Brett.
