We keep thinking about getting a Generac generator with a propane tank that can last for days but we still have a small 5000 watt one from Sears with about 24 hours of gas on hand. It's time I started it to make sure it works. Even though it is about 10 years old it only takes 2 or three pulls to get it running and then I can plug it into a large socket in the garage box to power the whole house. Imagine the feeling when the power is out and having to look towards the horizon to see any lights, and then with a pull of a rope . . . let there be light . . . a toilet that flushes. . . . milk that stays cold . . . and a TV that works . . . but not enough power for significant heat or cooling. I'm not prone to accepting a theory like the following without looking deeper, but I know enough about this to know this one is about 99% true. I used to subscribe to The Young Turks on YouTube (I eventually unsubscribed for the obvious reasons), so I have seen some of the footage on the video below. AOC is an actress who was friggin' hired by a friggin' casting call. Seriously. That explains why she says such stupid shit at times even though she went to Boston University (which is where I went to college ). When AOC gets a question she hasn't been coached on, she's simply a bartender and says dumb shit. And when she gets a question she has been coached on, she sometimes sounds like a deep thinker. She just an actress mouthing lines. You have to see this to believe it. But after you see it, I bet most of you will believe it. AOC is the Milli Vanilli lip-syncer of progressive politicians--along with a small number of others (especially Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar). Go to Justice Democrats and you will see the opening of the rabbit hole--and other names, too. As Mr Reagan (the YouTube guy) said, they don't even hide it. I just subscribed to this YouTube channel after I saw another video by this guy (where he explains the meaning behind Pelosi's "the wall is immoral" comment) to see if this one video was a fluke. You read me wrong. Obviously they need all the "numbers" they have going into the elections. Why will they split after? because the Dems will fail again in 2020, in some part because of their fellow travellers on the far left. Until then they (leaders and populace) have to stay aligned with the far left wing for the sake of the numbers, but the defeat will radically change perceptions of the net gain that the far left contributes. (I am sure those thinking Democrats, politicians and voters, are most uneasy about creeping Socialism, and the recent polls must make them nervous. i.e. 51% of 18-29 yo's in America prefer socialism to capitalism). Edit. The cumbersome unit, Left-far left-progressivists-socialists has over-reached itself, I believe. After expropriating much of the political landscape in some countries for a while, people are wising up to them, and splintering of political Parties will be next.
