Apparently, the boys suffered verbal abuse for a couple of hours and yet remained pretty calm through it all. Yet, somehow it's their fault. She would do about 50 a week. Buzzfeed has earned about $300 million from her quizzes. They goosed her along with flattering emails and sent her a few Amazon gift cards as thanks. I mean, come on. Buzzfeed gets a cool $300 million and all they can pay the attraction that generated that sum is a few Amazon gift cards? Socialism at its finest, I tell ya'. Michael But remember that the Trayvon Martin case, where the audio was manipulated by actual domestic media companies (NBC, mainly) to make the shooter out to be racist, was thrown out. In this case (Covington) the misleading editing was done outside the country. Good chance some of these targets will settle ahead of time, however. Which ought to make the kid's lawyers some money. And what does it mean?
