The Denver Marijuana Scene

Because her son lives there, my wife and I visited Denver for a few days around Christmas. As is widely known, marijuana is mostly legalized in Colorado (link). While we didn't patronize any of them, we saw several dispensaries. We even saw a Loopr bus that caters to marijuana users and tourists.  That's an example of the free market but it isn't free riding.  Transactions are mostly in cash because Federal law prohibits banks and credit unions from taking marijuana money (link).
